We pay for this. Why did you remove AirPlay? It’s always a bug every year breaking use of this app. That bug always makes the nfl more money. This was a bad purchase. Greed wins and we get screwed. It’s a science for the nfl.

This app is trash, buggy blocky ui that has awful loading intervals. The app is designed to upset the user I can’t imagine a less user friendly experience

It works fine streaming at work but if I’m at home trying to stream/airdrop it to my samsung TV it wont work. I have frontier fiber with over a gig of internet up and down. I resetted my entire TV and started from scratch and it still doesn’t work. Also NFL+ apparently doesn’t have the app available for download as a TV app so I can’t log into nfl+ directly on the TV and also had trouble signing in through the internet on my TV. This isn’t user error it’s gotta be the app I have plenty of bandwidth to stream and just get the spinning wheel of death when I try to send a game from my phone to the TV. The only thing that seems to work from the app to my TV is NFL redzone other than that I can’t airdrop a normal game to my TV. I’m currently streaming monday night football from my phone to the TV through spectrumTV and it works perfect sooo…. Idk what the deal is but the subscription every month to not be able to airdrop to my TV is frustrating.

What am I’m paying for, if I still need to have a TV Provider just to watch the games? Also unless I’m a truck driver or on a road trip, why would I just want to listen to a game? The point of me paying for this was because I didn’t have cable and wanted to be able to watch all the games. If I had cable, would I really need this app. I refuse to pay for another month just to still need a TV Provider. I can’t imagine how much worst the cheaper version would be.

App security is horrendous, you give permission to allow access to sensitive data combined with buggy, kludgy and overall bad user interface makes usage miserable. Functions similar to a poor free app versus a very expensive paid for application.

Extremely disappointed with my purchase. I paid for the annual NFL+ Premium and could only watch on my phone. Why would you not be able to watch on your TV after paying $100 dollars?! To make things even more frustrating you can not reach any type of customer service. It has been extremely irritating trying to request a refund.

  • Landscape mode please

I am an nfl+ premium subscriber and use this app on an iPad. I like to have it landscape mode because I usually watch games/red zone/highlights on it. I wrote a review at the beginning of the season to enable this (I can’t imagine it being that hard), yet it still only functions in portrait. So if your iPad is on a stand so it can function like a laptop you have to pick your whole rig up to navigate the app. Even if you make the cynical calculation that the average nfl fan watches on only their phone (which is weird), it still behooves you to be able to use it in landscape mode. Even the mlb app does this. So, please nfl, just enable landscape.
  • The app is cluttered and busy

It is difficult to use and watch on a phone or tablet, designed to be used vertically, but the headlines obscure one third of the screen. Clicking full screen rotates to horizontal, whether you want to use it or not. In order to get the best view you need wide screen, preferably horizontal, but you have no choice in the matter. I’ve tried using a browser, the resolution fades, the stream freezes and requires restarting. This app is not useful and an insult considering we are paying to use it. Add rotation back, allow the removal of “headlines” along the side. And stop the repeating requiest for me to “stream” to Roku or a TV, if I wanted to do so, I would, don’t need or want the constant requests. The only good thing I can say is I easily logged in.
