  • News service is frustrating

It’s so hard to find news specific to your favorite team, even when you select the tab for your team it gives you news from across the league. Clicking on a notification will not bring you to that article. It’s all VERY frustrating. For that reason, I rarely use this app for news or anything else really. I will occasionally use it for Thursday night games though.

I had canceled the same day I subscribed as I was unable to watch the games I wanted to. 8 was told since it was canceled before the pending payment was processed I would not be charged. However I was still charged and they refuse to refund. There is no one to speak with on the phone and they ignore support emails. Terrible service, terrible quality and terrible app. Do not recommend
  • Fix full screen

App is good. However when turning the phone to full screen the app goes through a crisis and flips back and forth 3-4 times. Having to click the full screen button several times before it works. Unnecessary and annoying.
  • So many Bugs

so many random glitches. Also when streaming on your phone and going from landscape to portrait it causes the app to freak out and the whole process is kinda annoying. There is no way of going seamlessly from landscape to portrait. Also the games are extremely delayed but that’s understandable because it’s a streaming service. Overall this app is pretty terrible especially for it coming from a multi million dollar organization like the NFL. I know they probably paid a lot of money to develop this app but they definitely got scammed. Someone made a lot of money making a below average streaming app

The price to stream redzone for the season is fair but that’s about it. The app is glitchy, unresponsive and awful to go in and out of with a game playing on your phone. Takes far too long to switch between games and most of the time you will have to restart the app entirely. It’s just a frustrating pain to use weekly.

I have never used an app this glitchy and poorly designed. It’s absolute trash. I’d rather pirate my games

They pitch you ads of watching the game but they're never available your more likely to watch a game on tv for free then here cause they'll try to up sell you on premium after plus then red zone NFL ticket it's just bad business oh and if you start watching a game then close the app cause the game is rendering bad quality you lost your one time access to it horrible I tried to support this twice both times I regretted it. Stay away
