    Two minutes after I signed up, I was flagged for suspicious activity. And to reactivate my account, they asked for me to contact the customer service team which I did but still got an email that I’ve been banned. But the app kept on sending me messages that people are matching up with me and I should check them out . It makes me to wonder if the app collects people’s data and use it as a scam to get money from people who subscribe.. Idk but this seems weird and/or scamy especially since I hadn't even finished making my profile . I hadn't even interacted with anyone.

    App is completely broken, don’t even bother with this. I’ll literally match with someone and then the match isn’t saved and you can’t even message the person. Completely broken app and a waste of time

    Whoever talked to you guys since all these little fashion nuggets of getting a little extra dime here to dine there out of people, you’re really taking away from what could be the most premier website of for dating online this is a prime case of if you give a little you get a lot just people that are addicted to these dating sites. If you just give them a little bit more, you get a lot more out of them. Why would they have to look anywhere else if I could do everything in one stop shop I could justify 20 bucks a month 30 bucks a month if I had a little bit more for that money I just don’t see the volume in it right now the way you have it set up?

    Every time I search for an age range, the range I set is not saved and a new range of older people is automatically chosen. I can’t see anyone at all in the age range I want.

    In my opinion, 90% of the profiles are scammers that will chat you up and then ask for money, and there’s no option to make it to where only verified profiles can contact you. Don’t waste your time.

    I keep getting lists for people way outside of where I live. Like 2 hour drives. I messaged them about this multiple times. They just stated that they are making a list of best potential people. They disregarded me completely.

    This app definitely fell off. Used to be a great app. Now the want $20/ a week. To message other people on app. Doesn’t matter if your are male or female So, no one really connects. Unless you see them on another app and interact on that premise. #POFGARBAGE2024

    There’s way too many scammers on here, if someone won’t verify their selfie they shouldn’t even be allowed on. Can you at least put a search filter to only see verified profiles? Also, please add a search feature to sort by distance, ie so the people who live closest to you show up at the top of the search results.
