    Do not get this app. They will charge you and make you go through loops to cancel your account. I beg you as a college student thats lost so much money do not get this app

    Only use if you want an expensive app that give so many wrong answers! Once enough people get screwed over by their work and down vote it then they might correct it but not till then.

    I rented a Chegg ebook and it didn’t load during my final! Chegg online support and text support simply stopped responding to me! DO NOT USE CHEGG! THERE ARE SO MANY OTHER OPTIONS! They could have at least responded that they were having site difficulties. Accidents can happen. BUT Not replying is completely unprofessional and the reason why I’m telling everyone to use another book renting/buying company. Along with being a student, I’m a teacher, so you just lost a lot of customers Chegg!

    Only works half the time. Glitchy app, answers won’t load and their stupid policies make asking a simple question impossible

    Use chatGPT it’s free, I don’t get why it was marketed as free or even let me put in the equation to begin with. I don’t know how well the app is but the dishonesty in trying to get users was enough to sway me away.

    Good app but impossible to cancel. They just keep withdrawing money month after month after you cancel. If you are lucky they might refund you for one of the months. Keep an eye on your bank account after you cancel

    I shouldn’t have to pay to get some help on homework, how am i supposed to pay if I’m a student and not an adult with a job and incoming money. And there’s no free trial either to see if this apps even helpful it just goes straight to making you pay.

    I am returning to college after a 30 year absence. And a requirement of my degree was a general math class. This class has not been “general” in any sense of the word. I needed help desperately and found Chegg. While I was not pumped to pay for the service, it has become a lifesaver. Not all questions can be answered 100% accurately due to the fact that there are millions of math questions. But examples and formulas are given so that you can solve the question yourself. I could not have ever made it through the math class without it.

    Love the app, always helps me big! However the app has not been working properly. I take a picture of my question or type it out and it just freezes completely, it was not doing this before and it’s frustrating. I’ve tried deleting it and re-downloading I’ve signed out and signed back in and nothing is helping. I may have to cancel my subscription if the issue can’t be fixed as I am paying money for something that’s not working properly. 🤷🏻‍♀️
