I enjoy the interactions with my Dr using this app; I can send messages, get test results, see when tests have been ordered and view comments my Dr sends when the test results are available. What I do not like is notices for screenings for things such as: Diabetes screening overdue and Influenza Vaccine overdue. These notices are non on your business. If my Dr wants these things ordered they will discuss it with me and order them. I do not do flu vaccines—never have, never will. If my Dr wanted Diabetes screening done then she would have ordered it when I saw her at my annual checkup. Stick to things that are relevant to my medical/health care.

I remember when I was younger, it would always be appointment made and then given a paper card with the next date. Never could get test results easily. But with this app, it’s SO convenient. I get reminders of next appointments. I can talk to doctors and schedule appointments if need be. I also can see all of my test results, doctors explanations and other things you normally don’t get to see or hear. Having this app is definitely new technology that is just amazing, I’ve never seen anything like it before. I would 100% recommend this. It makes it that much easier.

I have to consistently restart the app. Also, it’s possible to schedule just a routine doctor visit, but not sure if that is the app’s fault or the providers.

I have found this app to be an excellent resource to reach out to my doctor’s staff and the hospital. Of course, your doctor needs to buy into the system too.
