    I’ve been using this tool with my team for years and it’s been a game-changer. I especially love the ability to play at 4x speed—it’s hard to find tools that support that, and it saves us a ton of time. The transcription and recall features on the Pro plan are also incredibly valuable and well worth the upgrade. Some of the older negative reviews don’t reflect the current quality of the tool. In many cases, it looks like users just needed to update the app or troubleshoot basic issues—something that’s common with any software. Overall, this has been a reliable and efficient tool that consistently adds value to my workflow. Highly recommend it to anyone looking to save time and stay organized.

    I’m extremely disappointed with my experience using Voxer. As the owner of a SaaS company, I hold tech platforms to a high standard—especially when it comes to customer support and data management. Unfortunately, Voxer completely missed the mark. Without any confirmation or request on my end, my Pro account was deleted. I never authorized this action, and there was zero communication or verification from the support team. Because of this, I’ve lost years of important client conversations and data that were stored inside the platform. This kind of careless account handling is unacceptable, especially for paying subscribers. I’ve requested a refund and will not be using this platform again. I’m also advising all of my clients and peers to move to more reliable alternatives like WhatsApp. This was an incredibly unprofessional and disappointing experience, and I cannot recommend Voxer to anyone based on what I’ve gone through.

    I’ve been using Voxer for years, and am very thankful for how it aids in communication with my peeps. But you really really need to add a 15-second rewind & forward option!!!

    Reminds me of the old Nextel days. Fast, effective communication only improved because you can go back and play what you missed or didn’t understand. Had to contact customer support recently due to accidentally opening 2 accounts and they were helpful as well. We use this for communication of my snow plow crew. Very effective to keep the whole team in the loop.

    Notifications never come through. It is super frustrating. A paid account didn’t make a difference, and no matter the device, this failure of notifications is consistent.
