Would recommend any other insurance company over this one. The app is buggy and awful to do a claim on even though they require you to do claims over the app… also blatantly lied to me about my policy. Was a victim of the hurricane in Asheville, NC and progressive wouldn’t provide me with a rental car while my car gets repairs despite the claim not being my fault whatsoever. Terrible company and I am switching to All State once progressive foots this bill and I find a friends car to borrow while the repairs are being done.

I just wanna thank Jimmy from New Orleans that worked with me to get my rate lowered for the RV insurance because it increased due to the hurricanes even though at the time I didn’t live in the area of Waldo, which got hit with flooding hurricane Debby I already moved to Jacksonville at the end of June and boy I am so glad I did and when Helene and Milton came through the only thing that happened was power went out for a little while with Helene. Other than that it was just wind and rain and Milton didn’t even come close there was hardly any rain so even though my RV never got any damage or any claim on it I have to pay the price of the piper because it jumped from $790.89 to $943 even that increase of $152.11 which I think is ridiculous so I have to pay for the other ones that damaged this is like the car it’s a monopoly and that I have to pay for other people who are not sure for the cars, but I’m extremely satisfied with Jimmy who did a fine job and I was happy that he got my rate down to $762 even and even though I had to increase the deductible to $2500 I’m thankful other than that I love progressive, but this is gotta be just too much on me for such a horrific increase amount Thank you so much Jimmy for working for progressive

Progressive always wants to increase the price on you even if you always pay on time

ALL other ins companies list every single drive in the policy. Your only lists the husband and wife. Yes it shows all the vehicles covered. The names of those covered are on the addendum pages, but you’re not going to carry those in your glove box in every car. LIST THEM!!!
