    They aren’t “reminders” they are threats to cancel my policy unless I pay asap. I’ve never been late. I had 10 days before it was even due. A reminder should never be worded in a threatening manner. You are insulting. I’m shopping for another insurer that is respectful.

    Never can get to any policy other than my Auto on the app. It either directs me away from the app to an error, or tells me I’m logged out. This is via iOS.

    You need to design the application where you can have multiple accounts and enable multiple user. Currently unable to create multiple account, one for each insured person or at a minimum have the ability to choose which person on the ID card and add to the individual wallet. Or another idea would be to have the wallet ID show all users. This is also important to differentiate the users in the app if you have minors accessing the application. They shouldn’t have access to some of the account functionalities. I’m sure it all made sense at some point but this is awful in this modern day technology, you can do better than this.

    If you raise rates, you should probably explain why. Every time I talk to someone through Progressive’s they truly don’t know. Transparency doesn’t seem important to this business.
