They make it unnecessarily hard to cancel the subscription (have to go to the website rather than just allowing you to manage the account from the app) and then charge you for renewal anyway. App itself works fine.
  • Excellent app, A few laggy options

Excellent app for most use case scenarios especially looking at pictures and synopsis. Other options are less optimized for phone use. Such as the quiz option. Frequently crashes or is unable to load. Otherwise it is an app that I use on an almost daily basis in a very educational and self improving manner. Many in my hospital have also started to use. Especially with a mobile app and fast access on the go. Please continue to support medical education with great seminars and opportunities for both residents and medical students. All the best in the future and hopefully more to come.

This is the most helpful app ever for providers. Saves a ton of time and helps diagnose more accurately.

Registered on the webpage and gave it a try, overall good impressions, but just wasn’t for me. Now when I try to cancel my subscription (free trial but will start payment next month) it won’t let me do it. Deleting the account isn’t an option since the payment will go on I think

One of a kind app to use to help diagnose interview treatment options. There are diagrams and photos that are very useful. It’s one of the apps you should have.
