    This app is useless. I typed in a few name knowing they have crime and a long police report and it always showed nothing. As for the claim property. I click claim and it says it will send you to that page and nothing happens and then i go to the contact them and says send email and no email pops up! Don’t even use the free part u won’t find anything ! 0 stars ! I’m so disappointed!

    I like this app it can give you some beneficial information however, a lot of it is not current or incorrect. It’s not fully reliable, but it can give you an idea of information when you’re looking for it.

    Over charging from day 1! Inaccurate information and misleading information! Do not use this service. The customer service team is a joke. When I requested a refund they just cancelled my subscription and nothing was resolved for doubled charges the advertised price. Terrible service from them. DON’T GET THIS!

    I’ve used this app a few times, along with their subscription services. As a single mom and a dv survivor, I use it for peace of mind and making sure people are who they say they are. I needed to use their services, and first tried to restart the subscription there, it didn’t work. Then downloaded the app and tried there. Apple shows the subscription restarted, but Been Verified doesn’t. Still can’t use their services. I contact been verified through their chat asking for help. I did everything she told me to do, which included me purchasing a second subscription, because their app doesn’t show I have an active subscription. She then says that she can’t help me, and sends me a link to Apple for help and someone would contact me. No one has. I was charged twice, and I couldn’t use the app at all. Or the website. I went to another site and had to pay for their services to get the information.

    I renewed my subscription through the App Store and BeenVerified says I don’t have an active subscription. Idk who got the $14.99 I just paid for then. Update: Restore my purchases didn’t work. This is ridiculous.

    This service is EXTREMELY inaccurate information, if they provide any information at all. 100% waste of money. Better companies exist. I’ve looked myself up, and many friend/family members just to test accuracy and see what information populates. Horrible.

    I some how managed to sign up for a monthly subscription, not on purpose. When I called customer service and asked how that happen I did receive an explanation, however I could not understand the explanation due to a language barrier. I was charged for 4 months but not the last 2 months, I could not understand why I was still active but was not charged all of the sudden. She did cancel my membership and emailed me a notification. My assumption is I thought I was doing a one time search and charge but some how got a subscription. I take the blame for not understanding and will watch better in the future. I feel it shouldn’t be that easy to make that mistake. The two star is due to difficult to understand customer service and unable to get my questions answered, as well as the information I was able to receive from the app when I did use it. I feel like the info is not up to date or just inaccurate. I had searched numbers who I knew the people that they belonged to but wanted to verify name spelling and I would get no results found. I also searched people with known criminal background and the search also resulted in no results found, even with one individual incarcerated. It seemed like I got “no results found” more than I got info or info verified. $30 a month I would expect to have better and more accurate results.
