    You hit the jackpot with your commercials. It warms my heart. The lady is amazing. You have taken first place in my eyes. Last time I bought something was for my then 16yr old earrings now lost.

    The app doesn’t let you zoom into see things unless you click 3 extra buttons & wait for their page to load. The .com web version constantly glitches & forces you to open their app. It takes so long to not be able to enlarge items. Colors are inaccurate. The credit card is glitchy as well. I paid it off early. Then, got a notice that I was late, owing $4.95! I don’t need an app that glitches to buy polyester clothing. Update your web page & App Macy’s!

  • The worst system to use

    Placed one order the system kept saying system error. Finally my order went through and my card was charged 6 times for the same order. Spent 1 hour on the phone to be transferred from unit to unit staff that didn’t know what they were doing and last person barely spoke any English so they kept placing me on hold. Very frustrating that I have to spend an hour on the phone with no resolution. Will be calling again tomorrow. Absolutely ridiculous!

    Love getting all my grandkids clothes and toys from Macy’s. They are still the best place to shop for your home, clothes, shoes, jewelry everything but food. I hope they always stay in business because they will always have my support.

    I have two Macy’s cards. I’m trying to see statements and activity for the store card and it keeps going back to the Macys Amex card! The credit card history is not even showing anymore. Fix it or I cannot shop here
