Walmart: Shopping & Savings

Walmart’s online ordering site is not as easy as it should be. It was difficult to change my order from store pickup to shipping. And the site said I could have it delivered from my store but there is no delivery from my store. When I was notified that we now had store delivery, I asked at our Walmart and no one had even heard of that. An assistant manager said our store didn’t have store delivery, yet I continue to be offered that service.

Just much better to me than self checkouts

The Capital One new card rewards are not interesting to me. When will Walmart have another rewards program?

Would be good to have a 5% cash back card option to match Amazons offering.

You have caused me to cancel pickups repeatedly because u can’t meet the time please hire enough people to honor your grocery pick up times

I am not knocking the people who work on this app. Perhaps they are overworked? All I know is that I now triple research my purchases beforehand. I cannot trust the Reviews or 5-star system because I have found many instances of those being for other products than the one I looking to buy. Often these discrepancies are for vastly different products - as example, hose reviews under a spatula product. This “discrepancy” made the product appear fabulous with hundreds of reviews - all with 5-stars! It’s rare to see a full 5 stars and it makes you think its the best product you could buy because sooo many people loved it. Very sad I have to waste time that way. I’ve also had entire orders disappear from my purchase history!! No one believed me when I tried to report it but I found the product review that I did for the Windex with Vinegar (horrible product). It was the only Windex purchase I have ever made at WalMart. Yet if you search the products in my order history, you will not find any Windex purchase. But if you go to the actual product page and look at recent reviews, you will see my review. Unfortunately I cannot locate the receipt - it was there at 3 am, I was tired, then it wasn’t in the Walmart folder in my mailbox. And it wasn’t in my trash either. I always let things auto purge from trash so I know if I had deleted it, it would still be in my trash. Interesting that the order disappeared from my account in the app at around the same time as the receipt disappeared from my mail. And I have completely reloaded the app, as suggested by Cust Svc but it didn’t help. It just annoyed me more! Update: I received an email about the above. It contained a couple of links. The first landed me on my account page (not my app) - I had to sign in. The missing order still missing, so assumed I was to contact customer service. After 10 minutes forcing bot to engage real person, they had absolutely no idea what I was referring to nor were they able to help. They did offer to make sure I didn’t receive any more of these annoying emails. I had to tell the person that I WANT to know what’s happening with my problem. Told rep I’d contact developer directly tomorrow. That was the 2nd link in email. I was hoping to avoid bothering the tech folks if unnecessary. Apparently it’s necessary!
