    I had the lap bad surgery almos 12 years ago and during COVID and family problems I gained my weight back . I'm on the WW app to keep track but with free veggies and zero points for white fish I am still unable to beat my points do I included molasses unsaturated that gives points and oatmeal and some breads I've included some whole wheat pasta which also gives points I exercise to add points my weight has not change much for 100 days I lost 3?pounds. I'm thinking of discontinuing the WW program after all I am 75 my dentures aren't good I eat too spicy foods I can't keep food down I get sick Suppose to go out with friends to eat what foods baby food??!?!?! I didn't pick good dentists But at least I keep tracking and stay within the points 4/2/25 Recently had the Lap Band and portal removal. Didn't realize that my online monthly dues went from $19.00 now $45.00 which I feel is an unfair price no in person weigh in and I do all the tracking and weighing no instructor involved. I plan on discontinuing my membership I will call and speak with someone and discuss the fees. 1/18/25 Ive been trying to loose weight but with my medical problems with venous stasis and vascular problems my left leg is swollen with fluid I've gained weight having trouble loosing weight don't know what else to do
