Description

Dropbox lets you upload, save, and transfer photos and files to the cloud. Backup and sync your pictures, videos, documents, and other files to cloud storage and access them from any device, anywhere. With advanced sharing features, it’s easy to share and send photos or files to family, friends, and co-workers. Features: • Automatically upload videos and photos from your camera roll to cloud photo storage - all in the background - for easy video sharing and photo sharing. • Access any file in your account - even offline - and preview over 175 different file types with no special software required. • Easily send large files by copying and pasting a link you can give to anyone, even if they don’t have a Dropbox account. • Scan documents, receipts, IDs, photos, and more using your mobile device and transform them into high-quality PDFs, so you can view and send anywhere. • Sync folders on your PC or Mac to Dropbox with computer backup, and recover older versions or restore deleted files with version history and file recovery. Sign up now for your free Dropbox Plus trial. You’ll get 2 TB (2,000 GB) of storage space - that’s enough room to save files from all your linked devices. And with Dropbox Rewind, you can roll back any file, folder, or your entire account, up to 30 days. Existing Plus customers can upgrade to Dropbox Professional. With 3 TB (3,000GB), you can store all your stuff - from work projects to personal photos - and have space to spare. You and your clients can comment on most file types without leaving Dropbox. And you can protect your work with a watermark, add shared link controls, or rewind your account up to 180 days. Before starting a trial or completing payment, you’ll see the plan price. This amount will be charged to your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase and on renewal and will vary by plan and country. Dropbox subscriptions renew monthly or yearly, depending on your plan. Your account will be charged for renewal 24 hours before the end of your current billing period. To avoid auto-renewal, turn it off within at least 24 hours before your subscription renews. You can turn off auto-renewal anytime from your iTunes account settings. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase. • I really hope Dropbox fails. Terrible company, terrible customer service, lost their way long ago

There is honestly no reason to use Dropbox. All other cloud solutions give you more bang for your buck or are cheaper. Their customer support is non existent. They genuinely don’t care about their customers and don’t seem to have any real idea what their customers want. It’s only a matter of time before Dropbox fails or what’s left of it gets bought for next to nothing. Good riddance.

You guys use to be my go to place for all my old songs and now I can’t even log into my own Yahoo account because there isn’t a normal way of just logging in. I’m Royally disappointed, please fix this. Those songs are dear to me. I’ve tried many ways to login into my Yahoo account but there’s never a chance.

I’ve had Dropbox for a long time. It does the job, I guess. This review is about the deceptive practices Dropbox partakes in. I kept getting messages from Dropbox that I was approaching my data limit and that I should upgrade. I went through and cleaned out some video files I no longer needed. But kept getting alerts. I did upgrade because I was concerned (I’m the only family member that has digital copies of my mother’s pictures). It’s taken me ages to finally sit down and figure out what was going on. Turns out my account was nowhere near the limit. They did a “gotcha” and have been getting an extra $9 from me each month for a couple of years. I just discovered I could easily downgrade and still have absolutely plenty of space.

Drop box has charged my card for $21 a couple times a week over the last year. I never authorized the charges and when you call or try to cancel they don’t stop charging your card. Had to call Amex

After years of being a loyal customer with so many cloud offerings available, I will be migrating my files and closing my account. I have used Dropbox to share files for years. Now, DB requires ppl to download the app to view the shared document. This is UNACCEPTABLE!!! If I am paying for the service why make the recipient download the app when for years it wasn’t necessary. Goodbye Dropbox, thanks for the memories ✌🏽
