Description

Dropbox lets you upload, save, and transfer photos and files to the cloud. Backup and sync your pictures, videos, documents, and other files to cloud storage and access them from any device, anywhere. With advanced sharing features, it’s easy to share and send photos or files to family, friends, and co-workers. Features: • Automatically upload videos and photos from your camera roll to cloud photo storage - all in the background - for easy video sharing and photo sharing. • Access any file in your account - even offline - and preview over 175 different file types with no special software required. • Easily send large files by copying and pasting a link you can give to anyone, even if they don’t have a Dropbox account. • Scan documents, receipts, IDs, photos, and more using your mobile device and transform them into high-quality PDFs, so you can view and send anywhere. • Sync folders on your PC or Mac to Dropbox with computer backup, and recover older versions or restore deleted files with version history and file recovery. Sign up now for your free Dropbox Plus trial. You’ll get 2 TB (2,000 GB) of storage space - that’s enough room to save files from all your linked devices. And with Dropbox Rewind, you can roll back any file, folder, or your entire account, up to 30 days. Before starting a trial or completing payment, you’ll see the plan price. This amount will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase and on renewal and will vary by plan and country. Dropbox subscriptions renew monthly or yearly, depending on your plan. Your account will be charged for renewal 24 hours before the end of your current billing period. To avoid auto-renewal, turn it off within at least 24 hours before your subscription renews. You can turn off auto-renewal anytime from your Apple ID account settings. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase. Dropbox is a secure cloud solutions leader trusted by Fortune 500 companies for their most sensitive data. • Camera upload failure

You are paying for a lemon of an app. I’m trying to upload camera videos to my phone, and it says “this type of video is not able to save.” It worked with another one, but not another.

I have 2-Factor Authentication set up. I installed the app on my phone 10 minutes ago. After 3 attempts to login, including a password reset, I gave up and deleted the app. When I was able to input the code, I was told the code was invalid. On 2/3 login attempts, the keyboard was not even activated. Impossible to enter a code with no keyboard. Work uses DropBox. It was trash in 2016 when I first tried to use it and it’s still trash. I wish the App Store would accept 0/5 ⭐️ or negative stars. One star is more than it deserves.
  • Difficult to navigate

I used Dropbox for many years. However, the updates have made it quite difficult to navigate through your own files. There are files that can no longer be accessed or opened in the same type of file. I’m in the process of transferring everything to OneDrice.

Good luck getting hold of anyone or finding a way to delete your unnecessary information! No, no , no. However what you will find on every page of the website is UPGRADE! UPGRADE! UPGRADE! Hurry, don’t now, have more memory space than God for xxx dollars automatically deducted from your account monthly! Hurry hurry hurr! I’m deleting this account for too many reasons to list here! Everything, I mean everything, AUTOMATICALLY DOWNLAD TO THIS ACCOUNT AND APPARENTLY YOU CAN NEVER DELETE ANYTHING! But don’t worry! You can always UPGRADE! Total joke!
  • How to change subscription on mobile.

I have tried for 2 days to find out how to change my subscription from my mobile app. I am out of town so I don’t have access to a computer. The help section says to go to settings and click on Subscription. I don’t have that available. I don’t know how to reach out to support because when I try it just brings me to a help section which gives misinformation.
  • Cumbersome

Manipulating files and folders is very counterintuitive. Moving between iPad and home computers is very cumbersome. Files do not update or synch. Looking for another storage solution.
