  • Update NOT an improvement

    This is an update of my previous review seen below. The app was updated and is now working very well. I can now recommend this app once again. All the issues I was having have been fixed and I enjoy using it on the course. The company did contact me and I appreciate their follow-up. I’ve used this app for many years and have recommended it to many friends. I feel I can no longer recommend it. Updating the new yardage as you move is very slow. Sometimes, it doesn’t register the distance at all, and I have to get correct yardage from other players. You have to wait for it to catch up to your new position. The map of the hole is smaller and more difficult to see. The old app would keep the app open during the round. Now I have to reopen the app each time I check my yardage. I contacted support twice, with no response. A definite step backwards.

  • GPS cuts out near green

    Purchased GolfLogix from ready how great it was. I used it twice and when you get close to green it shows the green and all the directions of travel. But not distance to green. Tried to cancel and get refund but no luck. They won’t give me a refund

    Since you have remade the app, NOTHING WORKS!!! Can’t even get the app to open!! It’s junk now! Now it’s 2weeks later, and app still won’t work!!! Yous must be sitting with your thumbs up your butt!!

  • Not worth it any longer.

    I’ve been using this app for over five years now. This latest update has rendered this app unusable and unable to connect to the network on a regular basis. I deleted it and downloaded it several times and it simply just locks up. I’ve asked for a refund and will for this app. It’s too bad that with this latest update it won’t work.

    I am a longtime premium member. What i have loved about the app was presentation of course information, club tracking with access to previous rounds, and green reading information. I lost data and had issues with the 8.0 version this spring, especially with club tracking. When I installed 9.02.0, i lost all club tracking data and access to previous rounds was limited to 30 days. My green reading data used to be logical, displaying the map of the green in concert with the direction i was facing. Now the green reading map is slaved to the compass or some other reference and it just spins. Today I reinstalled and got version 9.04 and still have no access to club tracking data. On the website demo screen, it shows a line for Stat tracking and a line for Club tracking. I have no line for Club Tracking. Like many posting recent reviews, i am very disappointed in what has happened to the number 1 app over the last few months. I am also looking at other options.

    I have booked over 1000 rounds and am a premium user. I hate the new “improvements”. It no longer keeps track of and stores tee shot distances and provide it as part of the round summary. The ability to text a score with the link for someone to see the scorecard is gone. Please bring back the app the way it was!!

  • Frustrating update

    I’ve used this app for over 10 years and loved it… it used to be the best, and one of the only apps out there that would show you several club distances overlayed on the hole based on where you were aiming which was incredibly helpful. This feature is now inexplicably gone overnight and has left me stranded my last few rounds. This feature was the main reason I loved the app and I may cancel my membership now that the feature is gone. Super frustrating

    I have enjoyed the app when it is working. As of the last few weeks it ask to join premium (even if you already have it) - then after you say no thanks, it provides premium features, you already pay for, but only for 3 holes then locks everything. I have reported this via email to customer support, and have been replied too, saying it is being worked on. But I have played last three rounds with a defective app.

    The most recent update in May, 2025 has turned out to be quite BAD. 1. Functions that used to work seamlessly now take clicks to move forward. The scoring part of the app is also wonky compared to the previous version. 2. Battery Hog !!! I can barely get through an 18 hole round anymore on my late model IPhone 16. 3. The greens are not available for one of my regular golf courses - this used to not be an issue. Still like the App but if changes are not made, will start looking for alternatives.

    I used to love this app but the last update completely ruined a lot of what I loved about it. It zeroed out my handicap most importantly. Also it used to used to combine two nine hole rounds that were played back to back on the same course with correct hole numbers and everything. Now my only option is to end the round and start over so no handicap is recorded. Refresh rate is a joke. I also used to be able to share my round’s score with friends if I chose to. Now nothing. As a premium member I find all of this unacceptable. If you can’t straighten it out then I will not be renewing my membership next year.
