    I’ve been using Keeper for almost 7 years now and I can’t begin to tell you how valuable this space is for me. How do I remember a password I set 5 years ago and rarely used and now I have to recall it from memory. Well writing on paper is not a safe space but Keeper definitely “keeps” my passwords safe.

  • Upgrading from iPhone 11 to iPhone 16

    I had a very positive experience by emailing Keeper password manager; I ran into a huge issue because when you upgrade from one iPhone to another, you lose your passwords and the only passwords I have were on Keeper. So if you don’t remember the 24 word original password phrase you need to change your password in your old phone. Fortunately I was able to use my old phone to change my password as per the Keeper help on email. I love Keeper. It’s excellent and Pio was an amazing help for me by email.

    Can’t print a hard copy. You can export and print the file, but then you get one entry per page. Fast fill hasn’t worked for a while.

    All my files passwords photos are stored in a highly encrypted vault that requires a security key to access. I don’t have to rely on apples iCloud security. And it always works. No bugs so far. Extremely happy!

    I do think it’s easy to use. I have been able to save a lot of aggravation thanks to this app for making it so easy to save passwords. My only suggestion is I’ve had this for a few years but they never give us loyal customers a discount at least once in awhile.

  • Optimizing Vault on every logon? Why?

    This app is very annoying to use. 9/10 times I have to “wait for vault to optimize for search” making me waste so much time. Apple Passwords nor 1Password does this that much.

    I cannot get my records to show up on my iPhone. They are showing up on my computer and on my iPad. I need help NOW. I don’t want to wait for a phone call or for somebody to get back to me….. Probably never. If I don’t have access to my computer or my iPad, how can I access all of my files if I can’t see them. Please give me some help

    I’ve had Keeper for years and I’m constantly telling people they MUST get this app.!!! Not only have I stored all my login & password credentials. I’ve stored my parents, adult children’s and grandchildren’s records. I’m the virtual filing cabinet for my family it seems. We all know it’s hard keeping up with ALL the passwords you need now but also the need to constantly update & change them. I never worry that I’ll forget or the need to write them down somewhere. I also don’t worry about what platform I’m on, IOS, Android, PC, Mac etc etc I can access my records. You can also store your important docs, records, pics etc nothing seems to be off limits. I’ve never, not one time, had a problem Keeper!!! That in itself tells you that the people at Keeper are TOP NOTCH!! You MUST get this app!!! Yes, IOS has Keychain and other platforms have their password “savers” but with Keeper you have the ability to store and protect it ALL!!! Passwords, Files, Pictures really just about anything. Oh and did I tell you they also can scan the Dark Web for you and notify you if they find anything. 100% Digital Protection! Keeper has multiple options from personal, family & business options they have a plan for you. Get Keeper today, you won’t be sorry!!

    This was originally a free app. The developers have continued to add annoyance pop-up screens, and remove features, in efforts to have customers pay for a subscription service. An app that was once useful has been intentionally and deliberately made useless. And now they've made the ultimate edit: Users can no longer add, or edit, passwords. Essentially ransomware at this point.
