    The service is a scam, I have sent them multiple emails to cancel the subscription for a service that I am not using, however, it continues to get bounced back to me saying mail delivery system failure, however, I use the email on their correspondence, they continue to charge my credit card every month for the last several months and has forced me to cancel my credit card because there is no way to cancel the subscription or contact anybody with this company

    STOP! My subscription expired five (5) months ago and I am still being charged. I reported this to Clario and my bank and even had my card replaced. I am still being charged the monthly subscription fee. How are they able to continue to charge my account without authorization? This reeks of a scam!

    This app simply guides you thru the options of turning app permissions and text and call access. It does nothing to actually stop spying.

    I ordered this product and found it to be fraudulent. I tried to sign up for their $14.99 monthly plan, but they charged my apple account for $14.99 and also my bank account for $49.99, using a different name on my bank account, then refusing to refund me after I immediately cancelled them. When I cancelled it, they refused to cancel and refund saying that apple needed to refund me, knowing that they had also charged my bank account. So basically, I was charged twice for a 3 month and 6 month plan for a fraudulent product and refused a refund. I’ve never encountered a scam such as this where a company could charge both of your accounts: apple account and bank account while instigating a fraud. These scammers are skilled, but I will be exposing them further.

    Paid $50 for six months subscription and they said they had no record of my account however I had receipts from the App Store. Very disappointed

    I signed up for one month of services canceled correctly checked my the subscription was canceled I’m my app subscriptions and reached out to customer support thinking this would be an easy fix. Was instead informed I purchased a second subscription the day after I purchased the first. You can’t start two subscriptions on any other app in the Apple Store at the same but seems like Clario is the exception! The Clario app status still says my subscription expired. When I explained that 1.) I signed up for one month and 2.) have the canceled status screenshot the customer service rep told me I could see I still had a subscription in my Clario account when I logged in. Why would I log into an app I canceled in April. Also the business name does not show up at Clario it’s Massprofit Anti Spy. Also, Good luck getting this software OFF your desktop ever.

    He wants a goinvisable app now for $60 more dollars minimum Updated they tell me to reach out so I ask for a refund and they act like they can’t find my account! What a scam! Not American don’t bother!

    Put the cost of use in the display in the App Store. It costs $50 for six months of their subscription. Be upfront about costs.
