  • Poor platform, poor response

    After first styling session, tried to purchase the outfit recommended at the platform failed, and the purchase was not completed. Instead of refunding money, or offering another solution for a purchase, I was still charged and given a credit towards future purchases. Ordered directly from retailer and sizes recommended by app were all wrong a didn’t fit. Didn’t take into consideration the body issues I mentioned why I’m hard to fit. The only thing they are good at is charging your credit card. Weekly picks look like they are AI generated stereotyped looks from a cartoon.

    The clothes options are very expensive not unusual to have over $1,000 suggested for an outfit. It is a subscription service and they add on style Guides (hidden somewhere in their agreement) for a second charge of $29. The suggestions did not take into account what I mentioned as preferences. I think it is A I generated. BEWARE

  • Absolutely terrible

    I made 3 purchases with this company. A $756 order, a $499 and a $508 order. Out of all three orders I have only received $130 worth of product. One order was refunded correctly and promptly, $499. The $508 order I had to call out Customer Service to get a Refund. But the $756 order issue continues to not be addressed or refunded. They tried to give me a promotional credit to use in their store of $325 but if they did have the products I tried to purchase, they should fully refund me. I used none of their “stylist” services. I have spent nearly three weeks dealing with them. I am now threatening small claims suit to get my refund. Will never use them again and will certainly never recommend to anyone I like. Don’t use, disappointment abounds.
