    Their site specifically tells you to contact them through their customer service email to cancel subscription. The response is a long email telling you how you have to contact the company that you used to pay to cancel the subscription. That’s so ridiculous and aggravating it’s unbelievable. Put those instructions on your site and stop wasting people’s timelines. Customers should be able to cancel the subscription directly through their customer service app. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

    This app charges waaaaaaay too much, it’s difficult to cancel your subscription, and the stories are only a few chapters long and always have a sad ending. Do NOT get

    I got a weekly subscription for a reduced rate so I could read JUST this book. At chapter 27 it was no longer this story. The MFC name changed with no explanation and she wasn’t the same person at all! Don’t bother trying to read it. Ariana doesn’t appear again.

    Thought I made a one time payment for one book that somehow turned into a weekly subscription that I didn’t even want. Now I can’t even cancel it because it made a subscription that I have zero access to.

    I signed up thinking I would be charged $2.49 for the first week then $14.99 thereafter. But I was charged $14.99 immediately. This isn’t the first time this has happened although the first time was long ago and I had forgotten otherwise I never would have clicked the link to purchase a week. And no matter what you do they so not respond to any communications so forget asking for a refund.

    This app doesn’t give you the option to cancel the subscription. I paid through PayPal. You can’t cancel it through PayPal either. They give you a site to go to “cancel” your subscription. The site doesn’t exist. The information that pay pal has also doesn’t edict. Now I have to fight to keep the weekly payments from coming out.

  • Paid but can’t access any other books

    The book I started off reading was really good I spent the initial 6.99 for weekly access. After finishing the 20 chapters of the book, the app does not allow me to go anywhere else to scroll new or other books. Does not allow me to search the library for additional books. I requested a refund because I can’t access anything other than the current book. It’s just stuck on that page.

    Way too expensive. Can only read “books” by purchasing a subscription only. Additionally, many of the “books” are short stories that were ai generated.
