    So far I love runna I am currently training for a 10K I paid for the yearly because it is cheaper and I plan on using runna to help me run a marathon at the end of this year. I used to run almost everyday from 15years old to 23years old. My slowest was a 9 minute mile. I stoped running and turned to weight training and now picking up running again at 30 I’m at a 13 minute mile. Runna helps me pace myself so that I don’t start off too fast or slow down too much. It has helped me become more confident in my running. I have become faster and can run further now. Definitely worth it for me.

    I have been using Run a for about 6 weeks now to train for an upcoming half marathon. Works are challenging but doable and I am truly progressing as a runner by following my plan. Highly recommend for anyone who loves to run and has a goal but isn’t sure how to achieve it!
