    The app seems decent, but it’s not great for people that don’t work a 9-5 job. I’ve started training to run a half marathon, and the program the app is trying to build wants a specific day selected for long runs, etc. I don’t work a normal M-F 9-5, making it impossible to pick a day like it wants. Either add the flexibility, or maybe add some language in the program building that explains the program can be flexed as needed.

    I was expecting a good app. I mean the rating is great. However, I was not even close to expecting this kind of effort into the app. It is simply phenomenal, it is very in depth and intuitive it’s crazy. I was wishing it was free but with what they give you I’m surprised how cheap it is. I wish I could rate it more than 5 stars

    Great program for a variety of lengths of running. Just wish it was A LITTLE cheaper, but I understand that apps cost money and so do training programs. So it’s a decent price for what you get

  • Great Running Strength and Injury Prevention

    The only reason I didn’t give a 5 star is because there isn’t any stretching and mobility after the strength sessions. Other than that this app is great for any level of runner with great strength sessions to prevent injury and overall strength building. I’m looking forward to future updates that include the ability to upload my strength training session data from my Garmin to the Runna app and AI utilizing that information to help Coach me.

    Started using Runna about five weeks ago. Setup a half marathon training plan with strength training and have been liking the workouts. I do wish the strength workout sessions would integrate with the Apple Watch, and it announced the next strength move like it does for the runs. But I’ve been enjoying the app and will continue to use it going forward
