this app is such a good idea!!! but it’s frustrating that smart imports have a limit full stop. I’d understand a daily limit for users who aren’t subscribed, but when the major draw of the app is that smart importing, there’s no reason for me to keep using it when I’d have to manually import all the recipes I find. there’s nothing keeping non-subscribed users here, and I’m not willing to subscribe 🤷‍♀️ the ability to keep your phone unlocked and cook is also a cool feature, but it’s not the only app that does that, and the categorization of lists is basically just like Pinterest. it’s useful but not worth subscribing and not worth the download if you aren’t willing to subscribe. I’d rather just get a notebook and hand write out recipes I find online since at least that’d be cute and feel less like I got duped by an ad for an app that isn’t actually that helpful.

I feel like I was tricked into using this app. I was told I’d be given a free trial for a week, which was honored, but I was also told I will be notified a couple days before my trial ends to be charged. Then I find out that the plan I had the subscription for wasn’t the only plan to offer and I could have gone for the lesser plan. So now I feel like you forced me into a year contract. I just want my money back. I didn’t feel the app was worth the price you forced me to pay I’ve sent two emails, I’m waiting for a response immediately

It’s not totally free. It’s free for a week then you have to upgrade for a yearly or monthly payment so it’s false information and advertising
  • Barely Works

Great concept to store all your recipes in one place! But does not work well. Most of my recipes come from facebook and Pinterest. I have not successfully saved one from Pinterest. Disappointed! And only about half from facebook has saved. Too many errors occurred. I really had high hopes to have all my recipes in one location but just didn’t work like I hoped. Definitely not worth $60 a year to still have to have my recipes on every platform.

The app is glitchy and useless. When I forgot to unsubscribe they still charged me $65 before the holidays and refuse to refund me even though my entire account is deleted so they STOLE $65 from me for an app I didn’t use past day 2-3 of downloading but now permanently cannot use because my account is deleted. Save yourself the trouble and don’t even bother. DO NOT BELIVE THE REVIEWS!! It’s not worth it!

I did the trial and was charged for the subscription before I had a chance to cancel. I honestly thought I had one more day and didn’t get a notification. Anyway I was charged and no active subscription is recognized for me on the app, and I emailed the company with no response. Hoping this gets their attention!

Signed up for trial and cost me $59.99 for a product that does not work like it is stated. I cancelled within 24 hours of discovery and requested refund. Wanted to use on recipe videos and it just saves the video in the app. Which my Facebook already does, does not save it in a neat format like stated. Must already be in recipe format.
