I try to move my links around to order them and they move in the opposite direction I am moving them to. Completely useless

I neverrrr write reviews but I couldn’t be more disappointed in Linktree. I see so many big creators using it but it’s SO GLITCHY! It’s constantly telling me I need to restart the app or that there is an issue. I mean like every 10 seconds. This is by far one of the worst apps I’ve ever used and I will be finding an alternative. If you try to use it to share Amazon products it all but self destructs the app.
  • Mobile app isn’t there. Needs a lot more investment and less releases.

The user experience on mobile is awful. Adding a link to a grouping of links and reordering are both a nightmare. The interface is too sensitive to the touch. Opening a link can make it open a thousand of times.

Service is great, just use the web interface. Support told to me to after I reported issues on the app. Additionally its super laggy on iPhone 16 Pro Max and makes the phone very warm while using
  • Does not move links

I have literally never left an app review. All I want to do is to be able to move the events to their appropriate group on my phone. Instead they all just populate at the very bottom. Please. I’m begging you.

It asks you to login every other use, it’s buggy, it doesn’t work well.
  • Can’t cancel my subscription

I wanted to love Linktree. I’m attempting to cancel my free trial before it charges me. The app sends me to the web to do so. However, the web page will not load. It gets to the page and the page blinks over and over. I’ve attempted this process on three different devices and all three have the same outcome. I’ve cleared my browser catch as directed on each device and that doesn’t help either.
