TREAT: Play & impact REAL dogs

Ever since the update I’ve been unable to play. The update shuts down the app over and over again to were I can’t get on it. I had to delete the app because I couldn’t get on.

The game won’t play I’ve been trying to get it to work for three days now it keeps saying no internet connection even though I have connection

My app has been crashing for the last 2 weeks, I lost a dog because it never loads. It says there’s a problem connecting to the server. I love the concept of this app but it needs some attention.

I really love the game, mostly because it actually provides a tangible benefit to dogs. Lately, though, it crashes all the time. I don’t want to stop playing it, but it has become beyond frustrating. Every time someone else “pets” your dog and that notification comes up, the entire game shuts down. I used to play it more, but now I just use the daily rolls. That itself might take all day because of how often it crashes. If they fix that, it would be perfect.

The ability to help shelter dogs all over the US is great! However, playing the game can be quite frustrating. A recent update made it take many more rolls to earn treats (probably on purpose) so it feels like you’re playing for a long time with no reward. Also, I constantly get the notification for connection issues when I’m not having problems with any of my other apps. In short, it’s a great concept, I’m not going to complain about the quality of the experience much since I’m mainly watching ads to donate to animal shelters, but there are many bugs that make the game unplayable and frustrating.

The new updates have the game crashing every time I get a notification that someone pet my dog. Which, how do you even do? I want to pet dogs too. But the upgraded delivery system is a bonus.

I have played this game a long time. I love the backbone of it. To me since I can’t be the one out there saving and rescuing fur babies, I can at least donate to help. The problem is once I started paying for different plans, all the sudden I can’t even get on there at all. I had to change my card and that alone is a nightmare. I can’t even look at my pups without it saying you need to update your card. Then I repeatedly tried to fix my card then it states you can’t do anything because I didn’t have internet connection that’s bull. I guess it is my best interest to simply delete it and find other places to donate. It’s sad because it isn’t the people running it that it will affect as much as the fur babies that it was intended for. I can’t get anyone from there to talk with to straighten it out. All it’s says oh I didn’t have a connection. Bull.. I wish and hope the next person has a much better experience than I have had. The premise of it is amazing but the reality is it needs work. I am still shocked you can’t get any help. It really does bother me because I love fur babies and I have 7 rescues plus a kitty. I am an animal lover so this was perfect(I thought) for me. All I can say is I wish you the best good luck and truly wish the app and all that donates are taking care of. Please donate anywhere to help those babies.

It’s a good game and you can send real dogs food and treats and you can do a couple at a time really cool app which people should try it’s fun and giving dogs and puppy’s real treats and gifts it’s a really good app
