TikTok Shop Seller Center

I have had so much struggle to add legal documents and pictures and files to open the shop on tiktok, took me so many hours for basic simple things. Still kept rejecting, later it has finally opened my shop but 2/3 days later sent me violation of identity and now requesting for video and more things which seems just another duplicate step of whats been done.

My app is not opening up. Please tell me why or fix it.

I’ve been trying for weeks to get approved, uploading every document I have. When I finally did get approved I got a violation for identity, even after I uploaded my drivers license, my resale certificate and my utility bills. To make matters worse there doesn’t seem to be a person I can get a hold to fix this. Horrible, horrible customer service.

The tickets and live agents you can talk to do nothing, if you make a ticket it’s trashed and the live agents are bots and they literally can’t help with anything, they will give you false violations so they can steal your money and withhold your earnings, unless your a Chinese company that bribes TikTok the same will happen to you, they stole $8000 from my brother and now they are stealing my hard earned money.

Bad experience with bugs and no support. My products are live but do not show on my profile. Can never get support to help.

I tried joining the TikTok affiliate account trying to set it up so I can sign up with the seller account on app of some strange reason it keeps going blank. It keeps going blank so I really need someone help me fix this app please thank you.
