    So I sighend up for a guaranteed pay of $63 and change for a specific 3 hour slot though Uber. They (the app) only has “Uber” as an account to add. Now being new to the Uber Eats app I assumed when I guaranteed my pay for over $20 am hour for a 3 hour slot with Uber that’s was all inclusive to the Uber platform-not specifically Uber Eats since it’s not differentiated in the Solo app when linking accounts. So I email customer support and let them know I’m missing funds from working those 3 hours (like $19.90) which I’d like to be compensated for and they tell me that I choose the wrong “Uber” option and that I am not elegible for my funds since I didn’t choose the Uber Eats option- which like I said I have never used Uber before, so I was unaware of the difference in the Solo app, and as I’m enrolled in only Uber Eats anyway-so why would I-the client of Solo know that difference? They don’t have it separated in the “linked accounts” page or even a disclaimer to choose which platform within the same Uber app you apply to on the Solo app. Anyway long story short I had asked them if they would be willing to reimburse me for those funds since my time and effort are not FREE (especially in this economy) and they said they would only give me back my 3 credits I spent…..um….yeah I’m hard up for my credits….no! But I am hard up for my time spent. Do not use this app. It’s not worth the time, pay or effort they say your getting.

    Basically a pay to play app and then if you want to use their “guaranteed pay” you have to buy credits. Reminds me of those pyramid scheme people that tried to get you to sell Herbalife. The free trial did not impress me in the slightest. Honestly the guaranteed pay is so minimal I don’t know how you wouldn’t make it in one or two pax/deliveries in under 15 mins. Now the tracking income and expenses that’s a great feature, but it was missing 1/2 my rides and 1/3 of my miles, and other apps do it better and for free. I won’t be finding out about the tax filing feature or anything else cause .. delete. Disappointment.

    This app does not do what it says it does first of all it does not track miles. It also tries to force you to have your location running at all times in the background sorry but if I’m not working, you don’t need to know what I’m doing. Even when you drive with the app open it’s still not logging miles. I would like my money back 100%. You’ve lost a customer. You’re just predatory Uber and Lyft do not do not collect anyone’s money

    I put in a five and a half hour shift for yesterday evening and im only getting maybe two dollars per hour in solo. Its actually kind of insulting. Very much a let down.

    I really appreciate having the opportunity to test this app before purchasing this. However, shortly after using this app, my battery depleted quickly, my device kept getting hot, and I discovered that I was being hacked. Also, this app continued to work in the background collecting information from the Lyft app although it was logged out. I don’t know exactly what’s going on with this app, but I do know that the shenanigans stopped immediately upon uninstalling this app.

    I am a veteran rideshare driver. Tried the app out, and it was useless. I couldn’t log my trips and the “guaranteed pay” option was non existent. I made sure to cancel my subscription before the trial was up, but there was no obvious way to do this. So I just deleted my entire account completely, which you would think would be plenty to end the subscription. It wasnt. I was charged $46 after I deleted my entire account. I complained and was promised a full refund. That was a month ago and still nothing. I don’t even get a response back to my emails. This app is trash and their subscription is another example of predatory and shady business practice. STAY AWAY!!!!

    It is the only app that I have found that will do what I need it to do as far as keeping track of mileage. It has other perks like tax filing and keeping track of income, and tax liability, but mostly it saves me a hour each day of recording all my DoorDash mileage into a notebook. It also will link to other online platforms that you might need to record mileage for.
