    Doesn’t download tickets correctly since the change over to Ticketmaster. Wont let me print as a back up.

    I downloaded the app and App crashes and shuts off every time I try to use it. Please fix this very serious inconvenient problem.

    I called over a week ago about not being able to access my tickets. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app like I was told and now my tickets are completely gone. When I told the person that my tickets were gone. The person stated “ try reaching out to NASCAR and see what they can do for you. I can’t help with that.” I still have no reply from NASCAR. Please fix the app!! All I see is “something went wrong….api error:/events:401

    I was unable to access my tickets through this app. Every time I tapped on a ticket it said it hasn’t been updated since December and I couldn’t access them. I had to actually go to Phoenix raceway website to access my tickets.

    This app does not let me access my tickets. How can I possibly get to the race without access to tickets now that tickets are digital? I sent a message to the app support email address. Please fix the app asap.

  • Can’t find Sebring Intl Raceway

    I’m attending a race at the Sebring international raceway next year and there isn’t an option for that specific racetrack. Ticketmaster tries to send me over to this app to view my tickets but I’m not able to select the correct racetrack. Not sure what to do with that

    Don’t waste your time. Even when it works it doesn’t. No reward points at all after attending 6 races. Junk!

    Do not purchase Scanner at Track feature. It did not work at Phoenix Raceway today. Would not acknowledge I was at track despite precise location enabled and I was on the track WiFi. Only radio broadcast available and it was delayed by a lap. App support was worthless. Lame.
