My Human Design with Jenna Zoe

I pay for the app so I can keep My People section populated and it routinely gets deleted. What’s the point of paying for this app if this is the only thing I really pay for and it’s not functioning? This will be the last month I pay for it.

I want to thank you. I’ve paid for a couple apps over the years but ended up not using them and canceling before renewal. However your app has been so different! It’s saved me in so many ways, day after day and I’m immensely grateful. I’s been worth every little penny!! First of all it’s highly organized, thoughtful and tremendously insightful. I’ve been diving into each Human Design element and found it to be so much more detailed than what I’ve found online. Secondly, the meditations and tuneups have gotten me through some really heart-hurting moments lately and I could hug you! I’ve had some heavy moments with no one to immediately talk to - feeling as though my heart was breaking, so I turned to the app, closed my eyes and listened to your guidance and encouragement. It really helped to ease my situation and got my mind back on a healthier, more centered track. Thank you sincerely.

Absolutely love this app, keeps me connected to the HD design and Jenna’s latest thoughts Some thoughts on new features that would make this 10/10 1) 2x speed for all the audios 2) being able to listen to the audios while in other apps Thank you all for your hard work and bringing this to fruition!

The content is amazing, love the topic and how it is explained. Just really wish the font was bigger! I’ve adjusted all I can with my phone settings, but the font is teeny tiny and, even with reading glasses, I’m struggling! 😅

I’ve been using this app as a paid subscriber since it first came out and I’ve stuck through all the bugs and wonky updates. I experienced all the things people mentioned about getting kicked out, unable to log in after updates etc.. it must have been with the last update I did, but I no longer have premium access and it keeps asking me to subscribe - but I already am. The price now says $5.99, but in my subscription list, after unsubscribing it says re-subscribe for $4.99 (which is what I’d been paying) I really wanted to stick with this, i found HD through Jenna and i loved having my chart and info so easily accessible on my phone. But I’ve seen multiple people who are also trained in HD share disappointment about the content missing key points and much in the app being fluff. It is clearly time for me to move on to a different teacher.

I’d been paying for the subscription to this app for over a year. I loved the information *when it worked* every 45 days or so it would kick me out and when I logged back in it wouldn’t show me my paid content but continued to charge me. They took months of my money without access to the paid content with no contact information for help/support. I rest my password, canceled membership and resubscribed, messaged them on Instagram and attempted to report the issue numerous times. I finally just unsubscribed and found a different provider for human design since the Jenna Zoe team obviously doesn’t prioritize supporting customers after they take their money. Plenty of other apps out there— I’d recommend those.

Great app and information but needs improvement on accessibility. The font in the app is really tiny and mostly all white font against light colored backgrounds making it challenging to read. No way to make it bigger in the settings either. Thank you for considering this. ❤️

So either the designer that built this app doesn’t understand accessibility principles OR the owner of the app who isn’t qualified to dictate design did so despite the designer’s advice. The font size/weight, color choices are very poor for legibility. Hard to look at. I’d address for a better experience. — experienced designer

If you’re looking for free information, the website is better. They have a lot of information on the app but it’s only if you pay for it.

I listened to Jenna on an interview and her first few podcasts so I was sold. I excitedly went in here and downloaded the app. But before signing up I read RECENT reviews. They are all complaining that it doesn’t work and no one helps out ever when they ask for help. - on the podcast Jenna guarantees that her or Taylor will get right back to all questions. I was still going to get the app, but as I was scrolling through reading reviews (almost all were negative) suddenly you get to January 15th. There are about 50 “FIVE STAR” reviews on that exact date. All other reviews are scattered. But somehow Jan 12-15 there are at least a hundred perfect reviews? That’s sad. I was really excited about this but clearly they paid someone to write all of those reviews. Bummer… :( giving 2 stars because I liked Jenna on the interview. But I’m disappointed.
