if i could rate the app ZERO stars, i would! you have access to NOTHING in the app without a subscription! this is becoming a commonality among “free” apps on the app store. i would be more inclined to even give the app a TRY if it was just listed as an app that needs paid for in order to be downloaded. i am sick and tired of people goading consumers into downloading [redacted] free apps so you can meet whatever quota there is. this is valuable information that is being teased to consumers. deleting today! i am sick and TIRED of all the information and learning of today being behind a stupid lock and key for people to fork their money over to. EGGS ARE FIVE DOLLARS! THE COST OF LIVING IS HIGHER THAN IT HAS EVER BEEN BEFORE! DO STUFF FOR THE LOVE OF THE GAME AND NOT FOR THE MONEY YOU’LL GET BACK IN YOUR POCKET!

I love all things HD and I turned several people onto this app but the new design is quite tough to use and not the most intuitive, to the point where I’m considering cancelling my membership. I’d love to see the team make improvements in terms of accessibility before overhauling visual design — increasing color contrast, legible fonts and sizing, clean icons, transcripts in addition to audio, etc. HD is an amazing tool but it’s difficult to understand and the app design creates additional and unnecessary barriers for folks who want to educate themselves.

I just updated to the new 3.0 app. Now everything has stopped working! I click on one of the circles (as a visual person, I like the circles). However, nothing happens except that the circles dissapear and I’m left looking at a light mustard colored screen and everything simply hangs. frozen. Very annoying that an app is released with this bug. I gave it the benefit of the doubt that it needed to rewrite the saved data from all pre iois entries. Nothing! Restarted the phone nothing. My recommendation: Do not download the 3.0 version until they have fixed this problem. If its not fixed and all my data is “lost”, I will be cancelling mu subscription and finding another app. I miss the old version about now!

When I attempt to create an account there is a glitch when it comes to inputting your birthplace and therefore you can submit your info or sign up. I contacted through the website a few days ago with still no response.

So easy to use and smooth, this is soo helpful!

Love the app but the news design where you have to flip back and forth between your chart & descriptions is not the most effective. It’s a bit choppy. It would be ideal if we could click on the center or gate in our charts and it provides us with the detailed description.

Can’t log in. Can’t create an account. The drop down for birth location doesn’t work so it’ll never let you get through the sign up.

I loved this app when I could use it. However, I was logged out and cannot log back in. It is giving me an invalid email / user doesn’t exist error. When I try to create a new account with the email, it says my credentials are invalid. It looks like others have had this issue as well.

Blown away by the artist design and beauty of this app and of course the content Jenna provides is so helpful deep and insightful. A true pioneer and visionary!
