Absolutely worth the price. Cost to benefit ratio is unmatched by any other tool and there's nothing quite like it out there.

This added practice to daily life gives such a great refresher with the helpful tips and practices. Already I feel using it help me gain a more lighthearted and healthy perspective on situations

It’s a great app, I have been making good progress, but when I’ve nearly completed one of the lessons (Calm the Body or Calm the Mind) the app just stops working and can never finish or advance to the next set of lessons. There’s no way to report issues within the app, so now I’m anxious that I can’t finish my lessons on anxiety. Feels bad man.
  • Not a good value

The app is full of really basic information that is spoon fed to you in a really annoying manner. Took the anxiety course and was really disappointed. Felt like $80 was steep for something that really had no ongoing value.

It’s good for now. Just downloaded. Usually I play around with these apps for a day or two and stop because of the payment. We shall see

This App has really helped me learn effective coping mechanisms, and also helped with redirecting negative thoughts. By understanding my anxiety, I’m able to recognize the triggers and address them so that I can help re wire my brain.

  • Shady Business / Tacky AI App

Hilarious how this app pitches you to “turn off” the email that would otherwise notify you that it’s time to decide if you want to renew or not. I said I did NOT want to turn that off because I only wanted to experience the free trial. Well, well, well….email never comes even though I’ve NEVER NOT gotten one. And then they conveniently have a MILLION places on their website to say how they just have no way possible to refund you. This is such an engrained business practice they literally had their product team design a refund landing page and their engineers code it into their app just to deliver this message, because it’s so foundational to these scam artists making any money. All they’re doing is using AI to create animations and text. They aren’t even employing actual designers. They want to be Headspace, Sleepio and Daylight so badly but this is one big AI driven cash grab leveraging flaws in the Apple App Store model to drive revenue. If you want to honestly be made unbelievably furious by an app that is actively conning users, download this. If you’re looking to learn how to manage your emotions / anger, look elsewhere. I doubt they even have psychiatric MD level staff in their organization advising on real treatments. And don’t buy the phony shout outs to Harvard in their ad copy — they’re literally just exploiting random studies about CBT as a general matter, NOT their actual app / product. Can’t wait to check LinkedIn to see who the grifters are that run this…
