Description

ECG+ interprets your Apple Watch ECGs to detect potential arrhythmias and abnormalities, such as PAC, PVC, Long QT syndrome, and T wave changes (inverted or flattened). It also calculates HRV to help assess your fitness and overall wellbeing. Key Features of ECG+: ◆ Atrial Fibrillation Detection: Recognizes the most common arrhythmia that often requires medical attention. ◆ PAC/PVC Identification: Common, generally benign heart conditions that are automatically identified. ◆ Prolonged QT Interval Alerts: Highlights prolonged QT intervals, which can signal delayed heart recharging. ◆ T Wave Changes: Detects inverted or flattened T waves, which may indicate underlying issues. ◆ HRV Monitoring: Tracks Heart Rate Variability (HRV), a key indicator of general health and fitness. Integrated with Apple Health, ECG+ maximizes the potential of your Apple Watch ECG, analyzing intervals such as QT/QTc, PR, QRS, and HRV. QT/QTc measurements are crucial for identifying serious arrhythmias, while HRV is widely recognized as an objective measure of physical fitness and readiness. ◆ HRV Overview: HRV measures the variation between heartbeats, reflecting autonomic nervous system health. ◆ QT Interval Measurement: The QT interval represents the heart’s recharge time between beats, essential for assessing cardiac health. Explore Detailed ECG Analysis in the ECG+ App: HRV and QT Trends: Track trends over time; an upward HRV trend suggests improved fitness, while a downward trend may signal health concerns. QT interval trends allow for continuous monitoring, with automatic alerts for prolonged QT. QT Measurement & QTc Calculation: ECG+ measures QT automatically, offering six QTc calculation formulas for a personalized assessment. Long QTc Alerts: Provides automatic warnings if QTc exceeds the normal range based on gender, highlighting potential risks. Comprehensive ECG Reports: More detailed than Apple Health’s default report, ECG+ includes R-R markings, HRV Poincaré plots, interval measurements, heartbeat signatures, and more to offer a comprehensive view of heart function. Disclaimer: Findings from ECG+ (including PAC/PVC detection, Long QT detection, and HRV calculation) are informational only and do not represent a medical diagnosis. Might be a great app. I wouldn’t know. Have been trying to get the ‘subscribe button’ to work, but nothing happens. Anyone else have this problem. All dressed up with app on watch and phone. No subscription =no reports. Ah well
