    This is the 3 review in a week, the 1st was okay and I was happy to some extent with the app, then there was the second where my problems started after the update few days back where they got everything screwed up technically and I sent their support team several times about the issue (one cannot modify the app workouts), so I basically have not played for couple of days so far and I’m the daily workout person. Today is my 3rd review after they launched today’s update which didn’t resolve any thing and I’m still waiting for a response to my emails. But it looks like they got all their money so they don’t care for the clients. I’m still waiting for the results

    Listen, I don’t usually write reviews on apps but seriously I have never been able to stick to anything because I feel so alone going through it. This app is worth the money and is like having a big supportive hug and motivator in your pocket. The AI chat function is by far my favorite thing! It is learning about me and helping me be successful in tailoring my workouts to my abilities and need for constant affirmations lol! I am doing the 12 week program and these exercises are no joke y’all. If you’re serious about getting or staying in shape but struggle to follow a plan, this will help you. You can also ask the AI personal coach about macros for any kind of food with or without a nutrition label and it gives it to you in 3 seconds flat. You can send it pictures and it will tell you about the picture and whether it’s helpful to you or not. Look, just try it. Wow!!

    The AI doesn’t understand that I want to weight train M-W-F, and do the cardio on T-Th. It adds 15 minutes of cardio to my weight training. So when I ask to do 35 minutes of weight training, I only get weight training for 20 minutes (not the workout I want), and cardio for 15. And there isn’t a person you can talk to for pointing this out. Your “coach” is AI. So I’m probably going to off this program until the AI gets better or I can talk to someone to adjust my program to my liking.

    The app is nice enough to get you started on going to the gym, but it may not be as effective as having a live trainer to push you to your limits DURING your workout. In addition, the few quirks I’ve experienced is that the app does not recognize all the equipment typical gyms possess, so you’re left to use the same equipment time and time again… also, there is a glitch with Apple Music and the app. Every time I go to a different exercise, my music stops. The only audio option is none or Spotify, which is not inclusive of Apple Music users.

    I like it. Not sure it’s worth the money 100% but I paid it and I like it. Although I have a couple bones to pick with this app. First of all, can you please move the timer? The one counting down until the next exercise. Please move it from out in the middle of the screen! It covers up the demonstrator. Can you possibly put it at the top so that we can clearly see the demonstrator. Also, can there please be a pause button from circuit one to circuit two?

    I enjoy the app because of the instructional videos, the challenge, and that it adapts well to my workouts. I would like to put my phone down and not worry about hitting the end set, or continue with the workout. I would like to do my workout without having to look at my phone. My suggestion would be to input audio that instructs me on the exercise and automatically move forward. Ex: “ get ready for (xyz set) you have one minute to get ready.” “ start , take a break, ready? 10 seconds till rest is up.”

    I’ve been using Zing for 6 months and it has definitely helped me lose weight and plan ahead for better workouts. I’ve lose over 15-17 ibs so far. The only thing I would ask them to add is Pilates and more workouts to keep up with competition that’s charging way more. Otherwise, nothing else needs to change!
