  • Horrible at Support, Great at Everything Else

    DistroKid has one of the slowest support departments i have ever dealt with. This is extremely sad because the rest of their service is top tier, but the lack of support when you need it is really a bummer. Me and PLENTY of other artists have had payment issues in the past, and it seems to take 2+ weeks to even get a response about it.

    I’ve been waiting for months now trying to get into my account I still haven’t been able to they won’t let me get past the pay part. Which I have already did. So I purchased UnitedMasters but I’d like my distro account as well because UnitedMasters is sucky & I have friends who use distro so I wonder why it didn’t work for me

    Distrokid will charge you on cards you have not authorized them to use, for things your have not consented to. How is this legal? Very upsetting and beware when choosing to use them.
