I love the app and the navigation is easy, but the barcode scanner doesn’t seem to bring up the food anymore

Not as advertised but I really didn’t give it much of a chance. Unrealistically, I thought, from the advertisement, that I could take a picture of the food and the app would analyze it. This is probably a great app for most people.
  • Suddenly stopped working.

I have been using the app and tracking and intergrating for over 8 months and absolutely loved it. Told all of friends to use the product. In January I lost the water intake tracking , in March I lost the timeline and all past data and in April I can no longer track or enter food choices. I have sent screen shots, and emails to support multiple times- I have yet to get a response. Doubt Apple will refund the rest of the year- the app is useless.

I was using it just fine. Everything worked great until last week app will pull up but there’s nothing there. I try to click on anything and nothing will go to the next page or go into different tabs. Now I’m stuck trying to figure something out.
  • No Custom Fast Setting!!

I love this app for tracking calories and macros. My issue is in the fasting — I paid for premium and now I’m able to log fasts. I think the “Custom Fast” option should exist, because not everyone uses these random fasting windows. Your choices are 14 hours, 16 hours, 1 day, 2 day long fasts. I typically do 18 hour fasts, and I would like that to be reflected on my app. I could just download another fasting app but I thought it was nice that it was all in one so I paid 20 bucks for premium. Please just add a custom fast setting!!

This app cost $$. You get three days free before you have to buy. I didn’t even take the three free days.
