They will not tell you that this app no longer functions according to its design with Apple. They also will not refund the money they falsely claim they can’t. Maybe not a scam but a dishonest business model. Stay away… from all these apps till Apple restores their oxygen monitor on the current model watches.

Bought this app for the year mainly to track my oxygen levels and it doesn’t work with my Apple Watch (series 10). I hate that I wasted $25.

So this app does not work due to a patent dispute but they do not inform you before you purchase their subscription. BEWARE!!!

  • Doesn’t work

I downloaded this blood oxygen app yesterday and subscribed. Turns out it does not work - it does not measure and track blood oxygen, which is the purpose of the app. It said I could cancel the subscription anytime so within a few hours, as soon as I learned it didn’t work, I cancelled my subscription. But it meant while I can cancel, I still have a year’s subscription to this app that does not work. The subscription will end in one year. I’ve never encountered an app like this in Apple’s app store and hope that Apple will police these apps and remove ones that don’t work but charge a subscription like this, taking advantage of customers.

It does NOT check your oxygen level. I bought it under false advertisement. It just lets you log your Oxygen level but you have to check it outside the app then log it.

Got this after a hospital stay and it didn’t work the way I thought it would. Spent about $13 just to delete the app after a few minutes. Is there anyway to get a refund.
