Purchased to track blood ox but it doesn’t. Only tracks sleep. Now trying to cancel but no place to do that in the app. Very frustrating.

The app doesn’t take your oxygen level at all. It asks a bunch of dumb questions then takes your heart beat. I have not been able to find a way to take oxygen level unless it’s totally buried in the app. Now I’m out $25 for absolutely nothing.

I love this app it as helps me to keep track of my oxygen levels that have been dropping(trying to figure out why) I wish it was a little easier to see my heart rate and oxygen levels together during times that they drop. So far that is my main complaint. Otherwise so far really enjoying the app.
  • Once I downloaded it my watch told me that it could not measure the oxygen level with my iwatch

Very difficult to get a refund. The company says only Apple can do the refund. Don’t buy this app!
