Inventory functionally broken for years now and no fix in sight. Porting the android dedicated inventory app to iOS will be make things exponentially easier

I writing to hope that Dominos will add the Delivery experience app. I accidentally deleted it off my I phone and now I can not phone the app.

I rarely order pizza, but your adds on TV are extremely well done šŸ¤™Iā€™m 80 now and like to ā€œtreatā€ myself every so often. The NICE DRIVER CAME, and I realized I only had $ 50 . So I apologized and I told him that I definitely would bring his tip to the store the next day, which wouldā€™ve been a Saturday well I never got to anywhere to cash the $50 but on Monday I had the money and instead of giving him five dollars tip, I gave him $10. I was just so happy and felt bad for him, so Iā€™m hoping he comes again and I will have change for Him šŸ˜Š $5

When Iā€™m doing inventory half way through it crashes, and when I click next it takes about 2 minutes to go to the next item. This is only a problem on iPhone

Everytime I go to do inventory on this app, it keeps crashing and it makes me start all over.
  • Make it like the android app!

Iā€™ve noticed that the Android and iOS apps are much different in terms of user interface. The Android version of Store Experience works great. Itā€™s intuitive, very easy to work and never has crashing issues (at least in my experience). The iOS version has a lot left to be desiredā€¦ Having to click in individual boxes for units of inventory is nonsense. Let me type the number followed by the unit. Donā€™t make us have to click into the box with the correct unit, and then the number. It slows down counting by a significant margin. Another issue the app has is the bugs. Every time Iā€™ve used it, it tends to crash causing me to have to recount my inventory. You guys developed the app very well for Android, and I feel if the Android UI was ported over to the iOS version of the app, it would work substantially better and bring the 1.5 star average rating up.

I try using this app for inventory purposes and it gets slower the longer Iā€™m in it. And it logs me out if I stop using it to make pizzas for a second and deletes all my work. šŸ˜‘

So Iā€™m an insider training to be manger and long story short this app absolutely ruins getting things done fast. It runs slower and slower as you go through count and is completely unreliable for any store manager or insider. PLEASE FIX IT

Whatā€™s the point of an app if it doesnā€™t work? It doesnā€™t save information as you go. Multiple team members canā€™t work on inventory without zeroing everything out. FIX THIS CRAP!!
