  • Apple Watch compatibility is not great

Watch app is Very glitchy, works for a few days then stops working for weeks. get a lot of error messages that is loading profiles or info unavailable and doesn’t sync to use. If using timer during feedings it resets randomly by itself and you loose the progress. App on iPhone is better but also glitchy sometimes.
  • Paywall!

I love this app but this recent update made it useless, now I gotta pay to see whatever was free before? Now I can’t see the pumping daily total, no intake total, etc. I’ve been using it since February 2023 and it was all good until today that I upgraded it to the latest version. 11/07/2024: Premium is free, premium is not free, free again and back to not free.

I have been using this app to track breastfeeding for 16 months. The latest update made the app horrible. Will not load cub activities, cannot save last breastfeeding time. So annoying and frustrating

This app repeatedly crashes when trying to get added to an existing family.

After the update the logs were no more… technology is regressing. If the update is not fixed by the afternoon of 16 oct i will most likely request a refund.
  • Revert the update

I have an 8 week old and have been using this consistently most of that time. I’m in a trial period for the premium subscription and so far I like it. I use the widgets on my Home Screen to quickly see when she had her last bottle etc. and going into the app for other stuff has been easy as well. However, the app updated in the middle of the night and now the home screen “cub” tab is completely different. The icons were large before and very distinctive and I knew by muscle memory where they were. Now they’re in two list or columns and the icons are much smaller and harder to differentiate. I hate it. So frustrating when something works well and it’s messed with anyways. Please go back to how it was, I can’t see anyone liking this more. I haven’t had the chance to see if there are other major changes in the app but this one was the most obvious and annoying
  • If only the watch feature worked well

The watch app is useless if you want it to be seamless. You can’t start or stop a timer that was started on the phone. Your partner can start a sleep timer and you can see it on your side. Yet that feature isn’t available for the feeding. Not being able to start or stop any activity from the watch / phone and see it on the other devise seems like a giant oversight. If the watch is meant to be used standalone then it needs to be more reliable as I’ve had two timers I started on the watch crash and just erase the data
  • Malware on app-NOT FIXED

We loved this app and had been using it for our LO for over a year…up until yesterday when my husband’s antivirus and cell phone security apps notified him that this app had malware on it. Thank goodness he got that warning because we used it in both our phones. We quickly deleted the app. So sad because we really loved this app, but didn’t want to risk it. **Updated 7/31/24**Developer responded, turns out there wasn’t really malware. But it would have been nice to have received an email notifying what was going on. But thank you for the response to my review. I will change my rating to a 4 and will plan to re-download in a few days. Thanks! **Updated 8/8/24* Husband downloaded app on LG Android phone and again it came up as malware. Developer please update us.
  • Very useful, premium features worthwhile

We've found Cubtale very useful for day to day tracking. We've found it perfect for when you need to call a doctor when our son gets sick. Our day to day memory is trash now normally & this has helped compensate! Siri voice features in premium are great. We just logged temperature, diaper, medicine, and bottle amount while holding our sad guy with both hands. We each get push notifications when the other logs something. The developers respond quickly to questions or comments.
