I downloaded this app for temporary use after our remote was broken and we were waiting for our new one to arrive. It’s incredibly difficult to use without upgrading to a free trial, however once you do this I have not been able to find a way of cancelling in the app. I even emailed the support team with no response and was charged the full year subscription because I have not been able to get in touch with anyone. Definitely would not recommend this app to anyone.

it’s a good app when you lose your remote but you can’t turn down the volume without buying the subscription.

Immediately was paywalled on something as simple as volume was about to complain that something I pay for requested a subscription then noticed this seems to be a third party company
  • Laughable

Without a payment you’ll be able to have access to about five buttons and not one is volume… While it provides the ability to click through options on your tv, keeping the basics ability to turn your tv down and switch between channels behind a paywall is just laughable. To ask for money for something many other free apps provide while ALSO constantly bombarding the user with a constant pop up to buy premium which can result in a very accidental click just feels dirty and wrong. A fast money grab for those unable to catch it in time when scrolling with the four buttons provided to scroll and one button to select.

I was charged for a year subscription when I didn’t even need it at all. I have my own remote. I filed a claim with Apple so now will have to see if the company gives me my money back promptly. I tried to find another way to contact this company and nothing available!
