    I selected free trial and it automatically charged me for a year at $39.99. It didn’t work with our tv so I immediately went to cancel the trial but that’s when I found out I was charged for a year.

    I wish I would have read the negative reviews before paying for this remote. It worked the first day I had the app, but then as soon as I paid for it, the remote quit working. I’ve uninstalled it and reinstalled it and it still won’t work. I feel like they just took my money and ran with it. Seems like everyone else the paid for this had that issue as well

    Is there a -⭐️? That's what it deserves. Besides not working, I had the bad luck of touching something and it was charged annually. Now I have an app that doesn't work and -$39.99 on my account. My recommendation for you is not to download it because besides it not being useful, they will charge you, and guess what? Even if you file a complaint and send proof that it is not useful, they will not reimburse you.

    Why would I subscribe to a service on my phone when I can go to the store and buy a remote once and use it forever? To have to pay to change the volume is insane especially when the volume is easily the most used button on a tv remote.

    I have bought the lifetime service three times every few months it says that I have never bought the service and it will not let me use the remote app. This is supposed to be a one time purchase but I have bought it three times.
