    Super convenient and I have yet to find a country where it doesn’t work. Yes, the prices are sometimes more than local phone service prices. But you don’t need to waste time on your travel trying to buy locally.

    I had to get a sim for my trip to Guatemala🇬🇹 and I chose this one since it was recommended by a friend. Overall it worked out great. I had trouble with the installation process since I uninstalled the sim from my phone since I didn't bother to read the whole instructions but I reached out them and they quickly resolved my problem! Connectivity was also great! I was able to search up items and make calls with no problem.

    I read a lot of reviews and travel articles before I decided to use aloSIM on my trip to Europe. The people I traveled with went with other eSIM options. They constantly had issues. About a month into our trip, they switched to aloSIM. The reviews were right! It was the easiest and most reliable! I've been using it for 3 months traveling in Europe and have never had a single issue. Their step by step instructions and instructional video make the installation process a breeze! You don't have to buy and install a new eSIM when you run out of data because they give you the ability to "top off" your eSIM when your data is getting low. This app is a must have if you are traveling!

    Have to agree with many others. The service and app are easy to use, the install of the eSIM and app were seamless and, best of all, the service from their support team was absolutely great and super responsive. I ask a question and have an answer, literally, within 3-5 minutes. Can’t be happier. And the service works great as well. What’s not to like?

    It could be a bit daunting if you never set up eSIM and it always feels a bit unsure when you do it because it could go wrong but, out of many times I’ve used it, I only had a couple of times where I had an issue and both times, the customer service is very on top of it and responsive!

    Have used in two different countries now and find it easy to use, works great, and love the responsive customer service. Prices are excellent compared to my travel cell plan and I like that I can add more data along the way if needed.

    My carrier doesn’t have a roaming plan so I had to research what company to use while traveling in Europe. I used aloSIM in France and it was awesome. (A little confusing on installation and activation but not too difficult to figure out.) You also get a free phone number from their partner Hushed for texting and calling. I bought a new phone while in Europe and unfortunately the eSIM didn’t transfer but I didn’t have much time left anyway. I then mistakenly bought a new eSIM for the US instead of France so of course it didn’t work. I was able to email customer service and explained the situation and they were super nice and gave me a credit for a new one for the correct country. If you don’t want to pay for roaming charges or just want to not worry about it I can’t recommend them enough. So many options and price points they should work for everyone. You won’t be sorry

    I used aloSIM for a trip to India and Oman, and the service worked flawlessly. (Note, you need to buy separate eSIMs for each country.) I had never used this type of service before, and the customer support was excellent, always giving prompt replies and answers for my questions. It was very easy to access data wherever we were traveling. One tip: I turned off the service when we were in hotels and had wi-fi, to conserve the data. The phone app is very easy to use and let me know how much data I had left. It was nice having the phone number from Hushed, but I didn't use it much. In one phone call, the reception wasn't great and I made the call on WhatsApp using data. Overall, I strongly recommend this service.
