    To be honest i love the stories that the authors are putting out and i have been hooked on the game, however I have pretty much the same problem every other user of the app does and that is the constant pay walling. The hearts are extremely hard to obtain and I could understand if it was like 10-20 hearts but most of these stories have continuing pay walls in the same chapter of 40 hearts. I understand it being their way of paying the authors but it is a definitely a bit excessive.

    I installed this game just because I’m bored and now it’s just stuck in the leading screen. I’ve waited for like 10mins, and still on the loading screen.

    I wish I could keep playing but it feels like the real story is hidden behind currency. (Not just the spicy things) And I’m not complaining, I completely get that creators have to get paid and this is their job. But, I am sadly too broke to be able to enjoy this to its full potential. I wish this game the best and I hope it keeps going!!

    Glad a free daily gift is now available. However, the steps to claim it are a little ridiculous. There’s no reason we should have to leave the app, sign in with email or whatever option, and then complete $0 transaction. I think one click in app works suffice.

    I’m loving this app so far, having a lot of fun with the slasher boyfriends. Discovered this just in time for spooky season. I’ve been reading a lot of the reviews and the responses, and I agree that my biggest gripe is the hearts. I understand that the purchasing of hearts directly supports creators (which I absolutely want to do), and I know that you can finish the stories without choosing the premium options (but that’s not as fun), I just wish you didn’t have to use so many hearts at once. I feel like I’ve already purchased a lot of hearts and blew through them really fast. If there were ways to win additional hearts, it would make more stories more accessible. I don’t mind purchasing the hearts and supporting the creators, but again I wish they weren’t gone so fast.

    Everything is pay to play. I get making a profit but damn….every episode you ready is pay to win style. Yuck Edit. I removed the app. It’s impossible to enjoy any of the stories with the pay to play.

    I really wanted to enjoy this app, but in the end it doesn’t really hit for me. The stories are a bit repetitive in their own way. It doesn’t feel like you can make any progress in each story with out a pay wall. I truly understand a pay wall, because I know the creators work hard. However, it’s one of those things where, yeah, it is out of my price range. As well as many other people’s. The amount of heart needed and how much those hearts cost, will have you spending hundreds in the long run. I got really into the slasher story, then the dark magic castle one, only to not really get a choice in how the story progresses when a heart option would pop up. I know that most of the heart choices are supposed to be for ‘spice’ and would technically not have any impact, but it certainly seems like it changes the story. It feels like you’re just clicking a single button to the next page. It would be cheaper to buy a book or steam game. I think if there were more than two choices on the heart options, it might help. Maybe refillable hearts through watching ads or something. Or even hearts that are priced in a way where you don’t have to spend 12 dollars in order to have enough. I’ve noticed the heart pricing makes sure that you either have to buy the smaller package more than once or spring for the larger one. That’s predatory of you ask me. In the end, I guess the app wasn’t really for me. It’s a shame, because I know a lot of people put hard work into it. Most of this likely doesn’t make a lot of sense. I just needed to vent after not making any decent progress in the slasher story.

    I love this game quite a lot, all the art styles and storylines are interesting and very, very impressive!! However, a lot of the choices that would make the story more interesting require hearts, and while I know there are ways to gain them by doing the events/giveaways, I wish there were a way to gain hearts by watching videos or some other thing. It’s just a bit of a hassle to get the hearts through events/giveaways, and some people can’t go and buy the hearts. I love the game a lot, but I’d love if there were more ways to get hearts!
