There’s a glitch that makes my top 2 artist disappear
  • Too many adds and WAY too hard to delete your account/data

Seriously it should be so hard to have your data/account deleted but it is. Screw this app. Not to mention the new pop up ad that appears Everytime you click a button.
  • Great app when it works, just has major consistency issues

I’m not planning ahead formatting for this so I apologize if this steps over itself, or is a mess, but this app is so, so cool. The presentation is great, and as a stats nerd I love seeing visually what I’ve been listening to. When it wants to work, this is the case. A lot of the time, information will simply be missing. The glaring example is the information for artists most listened to in the past 4 week/6 months/year thing. I wish I could say it simply glossed over smaller artists, but no routinely The Beatles and The Beach Boys will be missing, making my top 5 most listened to artists for a month consist of my top 3-7 artists. It’s mildly, mildly frustrating, especially for monthly recaps due to the information on the graphic simply being the information that is displayed on the app itself. It’s not the end of the world, I know who my most listened to artists are, but for an app who’s purpose is to display one’s stats, simply having stats not be included sometimes is annoying. I checked with friends who share my music taste, and they too experience similar issues. My partner is missing the Beatles as well, and I’m pretty sure they are also their most listened to artists right now. The work being done for this app, even if desirable features are locked behind a paywall. I understand why it’s done, it’s a smart business move to keep the project afloat, but idk this is a one-off gripe and not the main concern / gripe I’ve had with this app for a while now
  • It’s useful I guess

You can see your time and most listened to songs, but other than that, you have to invite people or pay Use if you are interested in wasting money
  • Disappearing artists?

The app does 2 things (without premium). It tells you your top tracks. It tells you your top artists. So give me a good reason why artists just play hide and seek on this app. Right now I have 37 artists in my monthly listener list and 7 of them do not show including my #1 artist.

I’ve had this app for a while but just recently my favorite artist randomly disappeared for my number 1 artist and then when I try and search them on stats.fm and it’s not even there anymore???

you have to buy premium to actually import your stats (which makes it useless otherwise), the tut for navigating the app’s pretty useless, and there are ads every single time you click anywhere so you cant even properly explore. deleted after one minute.
  • Very frustrating as an Apple Music listener

App worked great when Spotify was my main streaming service, but ever since I switched to Apple Music, this app has been nothing short of frustrating to use. It disconnects so frequently that I’ve had to request my data from Apple 3 additional times now to catch up all of the data that’s been missed. And when I do catch it disconnected, it’s like I have to do a rain dance and sacrifice my most prized possession into a volcano for it to recognize that the permissions are properly set & should allow it to connect. I love looking at my stats but this makes me want to give up tracking for good. It’s not worth waiting 3 weeks for Apple to send me my data just for the app to disconnect again without me knowing.
  • Apple Music Imports broken for weeks

I bought a lifetime premium subscription for the sole purpose of being able to import my 5+ years of listening history on Apple Music, just to be thrown a server error every time I to upload the file. Very irritating to have also joined their support Discord to see hundreds of users confirming they have the same issue, but with absolutely zero acknowledgements from even server staff, not to mention nothing from the devs of course. Every other function of the app has been great, but it’s been pretty useless for seeing any info beyond the couple months I’ve had the app. Would love to rate higher, but this has been an insane dealbreaker for me. Almost like the devs are already getting the money anyways so why fix it, right?
