    This app is great for a lot of things but I’m giving it 2 stars for the support and continuous glitches. If you’re a seller don’t bother uploading anything, it’ll glitch and your listings will show 2-6x the quantity if not more. Support will say they’re sending a ticket in, but don’t worry because it’ll never get fixed. This glitch has happened since I joined the app and all they’ve done to fix it is NOTHING.

    This is not that great. It tries to be a social media app / seller app. Al la TikTok. But it’s not TikTok. There is not a legitimate way to search things. All of the products are presented in the same place and orientation. As a plant shop owner, I don’t really care about crystals. Even though I only selected plants. The feed severs other random products to that are not what I searched for. This is app is not for me, even though they advertised it as a plant app. It’s. It really a plant app. I will find other apps, which do exist to do my plant shopping.

    Honestly I was extremely looking forward to being a seller on this platform, however after submitting my form it stated it would take 3 days possibly longer.. that was now a month ago and the best answer I’ve gotten is pretty much we will get to you when we get to you. If you plan on becoming a seller be ready to wait because the people running this app do not care about your time or your business. Also as of 05/06/25 still have not gotten an actual answer on my seller application.

    This app is great in the sense you get a wide array of shops and local businesses across the US. However the shipping rate is expensive. The lowest you’ll find is maybe $10 then free ad ons or $1 add ons but even then that’s rare to find. It’s usually gonna be $10+ on shipping and then $3+ on add ons even if you’re in the same state as the seller. And some vendors will even charge extra on shipping depending on your order size, which is crazy cuz those vendors usually have a $15+ shipping charge and $5+ extra charge. It feels like price gouging in shipping. There are other apps with better shipping rates.

    I won a bid on auction and my payment declined bc my bank thought it was fraud. When I told the bank it was not fraud the guy put the gecko up for bit again and sold it to someone else before I can say anything I have proof from my bank. This is kinda crazy so be suspended permanently for something I had no control over…. I have emailed them multiple times I got a poor response about how the gecko sold obviously I know that… then the email said to reach out to support through the app that I’m permanently suspended on. This is so stupid I kept sending emails and now I get no response…..
