    I’ve been on Palmstreet for 3 weeks. I loved the app until today when I tried to make a purchase. AFTER I paid and the payment went through, the app told me my account cannot be verified and they deactivated my account. The verification process wanted my credit card info AS WELL AS my current checking account balance. The app already has my home address, name, phone number, and credit card info. Why does it need my checking account balance? When I contacted customer support, no one responded. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP.

  • Horrible Customer Service and some shops will steal your money!

    I have never had more horrible customer service than I have had from Palmstreet. Also beware of Spiffy’s Greenery!!! Do not do business with them!!! They will “sell” you plants, never ship them, and then block you. I was trying to work with Palmstreet but they take the side of the seller, and do not look out for the customer. Please buy your plant babies from anywhere else!!!!!!

    In the beginning, this was the best app for plant lovers and hobbyists to ever exist. Lovely community, all the right features to streamline plant care, also a place to ask questions and post concerns about your collection and recieve meaningful answers and helpful tips. Now it’s just your regular e-commerce app. Might as well just go back to buying plants on Etsy and joining Facebook plant groups for your sense of community. The developers continue to make updates which completely remove features that are important to plant hobbyists. After giving feedback, their replies insist that they’ve moved a different direction with the brand.

    This app used to be SO great! I used it every single day, multiple times a day, to keep up with my plants growth progress and watering schedules. Now, it’s literally just a big marketplace with a few main larger sellers. It’s such a bummer that they completely phased out the plant care part of the app. It was the only reason why I used it. I hope I can find something else similar because I really enjoyed that aspect of it and I think it’ll be hard to find something else like it.

    Palmstreet support has purposely discriminated against me because I reported someone that were threatening me my children and my followers. When I asked them to do something about that person, they did absolutely nothing, but then told me if I mention it again that I would be thrown off the platform when I did nothing wrong. Now Palmstreet support has blocked me completely so next time this girl comes in threatening me. I cannot even report it.. And they’re saying that’s not discrimination. So they’re blackmailing me as well.. They know that this girl committed about 10 to 15 federal crimes on their platform. And they’re scared to death. It’s gonna be leaked out so they blackmailed me to keep my mouth shut. I’m going to get an attorney.
