    Easy App - Love that I’m stretching my body and the reminder and the ability to create a stretching streak (have found that my BP is lower after stretching… things that would make it better (especially as someone who paid for the subscription)… if you received a badges or something similar (to entice, celebrate and create competition for yourself) it would also be awesome if it kept track of how many minutes of stretching you did per day (instead of just the fact that you did it) I would love to see a chart of sorts that shows Monday you completed 39 minutes of stretching - Tuesday 5 etc. additional stretching combos - there’s one for at the desk - would be great if there was one for when you’re a passenger in a car (for long drives) or one for when you are laying down. Hoping I continue to maintain my streak - but I can also see the potential of losing interest or getting bored with the app if there aren’t some user updates.

    There’s no audio to guide you as you stretch and there aren’t live models demonstrating, but still animations. It’s a great app for anyone with a little prior stretching experience though and definitely worth even the free version.
