Unless you subscribe.. but there’s probably free apps that give you more, better stretches.

It’s a really good app at first but when you want to do another one you have to pay or wait until midnight. It’s not the best since I want to do multiple. Overall the app is okay.

I really like the variety of class lengths, because sometimes all I want to do is 5 min not a full class! I also like the variety of stretches and options for different ability levels. My greatest concern as a certified yoga teacher is that some people who are new to practicing may experience struggles (which could lead to injuries) in the transitions between poses - something to consider

It’s only 5 mins per day and within a week I have not suffered my usual lower back strain or sciatica after golfing. 21 consecutive days and going strong

I live its simplicity. The app has helped me to stretch daily which has been a goal for quite a long time. What would be helpful is to have a little more guidance on how to perform stretches when you’re not flexible enough yet to perform an exercise properly.
