Guys I have played hundreds of games and everyone is right here. This is just a money grab. Well developed and I get it but this one is a tad on the ridiculous side. I don’t have a million dollars to make this game enjoyable. Nice try devs! I would say make it better but you won’t so keep scraping in your measly profits from the couple whales that play. Hopefully your next “development” isn’t the greediest I’ve ever seen.

Logged in after a while and everything was gone. I paid money for different packs and I guess they stole that from me…great work devs…ugh.

This game had a lot of potential. The graphics are good, the characters are interesting, and the table top style game play is fun. But the game very quickly becomes a total grind. Any progress requires characters to advance, and that’s an incredibly slow and expensive slog. You either need to spend outrageously or still spend a lot and invest tons of time repetitively using raid tickets for a increasingly slim chance of obtaining what you need to advance. There’s also an onslaught mode that can help you advance, but that can be used very infrequently. Otherwise, you quickly hit a point where there’s just not all that much to do. All this is fixable, but it doesn’t seem like the developers are interested in growing the game or devoting much thought to it.

Offers such a great verity of players and types of steadies you can use, won't need to play any other games like it!

But I don’t like games that require my IPad to be vertical since I keep my charger plugged in.
  • Could be fun if it wasn’t so buggy

I’m a big fan of turn based strategy, so this game was very fun initially, but as I’ve played for over a year now I’ve watched the game get worse and worse. In the past three months I’ve dealt with bugs around the energy and ticketing system almost weekly, and their support team hasn’t done anything to fix the problem. It’s especially frustrating in the middle of their tournaments, as I’ve been knocked out of strong positions with no support received when I reached out. Most recently they changed the game so internet is required to play. I was hoping this would fix the problems, as their support team said their issues were around syncing when I played offline, but I’m still having the same problems, as well as a whole host of new problems where the game won’t recognize my internet. Hoping this review will help others avoid getting invested in a game that doesn’t support its players or correct for the impact of its bugs.
  • Major problems for end-game players

I have been playing this game for a long time. I am a level 30. I am giving this game one star because the developers have not provided the resources for top players to progress. There is an item to promote higher level heroes called the Divine Orb. I currently need 64 of these and on average you can get one or two a week. Sorry, I am not waiting a year to level all the toons up. Another problem is the reward system. After completing quests or an event, you get various items to improve your toons. The problem is most of my characters are epic+ and I still get common items that I have not needed in months. They need to tailor rewards to the character set of the player. I have put tickets in with these concerns and have received silence in response.
