    I’m blown about by this app and amount of recipes it has. The instructions are detailed and you can look through step-by-step pictures to make sure you’re doing everything right. The creator is the sweetest person; she personally answered my questions on Instagram and was super nice & helpful. Best $13 I’ve spent. If you’re a baker who likes less-sweet fillings and desserts, get this app!

    DO NOT let the other Americans fool you! Manuela’s instructions are impeccable, precise, and easy to follow. I have never read more thorough instructions. I am an extremely experienced baker & I have never used recipes like Manuela’s. I am IN LOVE & wish every recipe I read was written & as informative as Manuela’s are. As an American I understand the frustration of having to use grams over volume, but as an avid baker I am painfully aware of how inconsistent imperial measurements are compared to grams. Also, as an American, I understand how stubborn, persistent and bullheaded other Americans can be when presented with facts. And the fact of the matter is that grams are superior to imperial measurements when it comes to baking. Period. I don’t understand all the whining I see in the reviews about converting measurements. Scales are not expensive nor are they difficult to use. Baking is about precision and Manuela’s recipes are that & so much more. If you can’t handle the heat get outta the kitchen.. or if you can’t use a scale, maybe try your hand at a cobbler or something.. idk. 🙄

    Beautiful app with wonderful recipes however I’m finding it difficult to follow the recipes because I’m in America. Wish the ingredients were listed with a conversion to cups.
