    These workouts are fire! I have been teaching and in the fitness world myself for over 10 years. I teach fitness classes at the high school I teach at… I am a yoga instructor and these workouts are awesome! I highly recommend this app! And I love that there is a little quiz to start you off to see where you fall team wise depending on your goals… just can’t say enough about this app!

    As someone who doesn’t know what to do in the gym I definitely struggled before Ladder! I was hesitant to try the app because of the price ($29.99 a month) but it’s like having a personal trainer in your pocket! I love that they have different coaches so you can really find one that fits you and the workouts you like. You can try all of them until you find the one that fits the best. You can log the weights you use and how you felt so you can progressively increase without guessing. Overall I love this app!
