    I’m not a gym rat and don’t really wanna be one…but, I do want a fit bod and to increase my strength. Ladder has allowed me to do both! I can’t believe I’ve stuck with this program for so long. I think it’s the community chat that makes me feel connected and the always updating workouts (new every 7 days) I can feel and see my body changing and I’m so stoked! Highly recommend!! 💪🙌✨

    I just started the free trail and I must say!!! I have been feeling bleh with all my workouts lately!! This app has challenged me!!! I feel stronger & fiercer since starting these workout. Doing the Pilates & strength program and it’s everything I was hoping it would be! Definitely recommend!

    Ok so this was suggested while scrolling on social media, at first I thought this was just a workout app like all the others. Oh Lord was I wrong, Ladder is very focused on learning and building into the community. With the different styles of training, this is geared for everyone and all levels. Ive tried many popular Apps but this one hits the spot in what I need. Guided workouts, music built into the app, journaling, cheering for other members. This app definitely motives me to get into the gym. Wont go back to other apps for sure !!!!! Only downfall is its only for IOS, hopefully they have the android version soon, have some people waiting to get on it.

    I’ve been doing weight training without guidance for about 2 years before I tried the Ladder app. I felt like I hit a plateau in the gym so I decided to give this app a try and 3 weeks later, I can visually see improvements, both strength wise and aesthetics wise. I can confidently say that this app has helped me break through my plateau in such a short amount of time.

    Ladder has hands down changed my workout routine for the better. The planned workouts and support from your team really makes for a better workout. Would recommend ladder if you’re new to the gym or want to change up your normal workout routine

    I just started using this app and trying to click on “Contact us” in the app and nothing happened. Below that is an option.” Clear downloads folder “, that link works fine. Before I sign up, I’d like to know I can contact support. How would I even contact support? It doesn’t work what else doesn’t work? I really wanted to use this app because everyone seems to love it, but does it have app support?

    I absolutely fricken love this app!! It has helped me stay consistent with my workouts, and I feel such a sense of community with the chat and ability to send/receive cheers!! I’m currently with team align and obsessed!! I love that there are new workouts every single day, but it’s nice that the framework for each day remains similar. 10/10 recommend!!!!

    I have used several apps and this one has by far been my favorite. The workouts are consistent and effective. I love that the coach’s voice will come in throughout the workout to coach you through a movement but your music is still playing. It did take a minute to get everything down but after I figured it out it’s been great. The only way it could get better is if it had nutrition added to it.

    Really enjoying the trial so far. I’m 3 days in and I was actually excited to go to the gym. I’ve never used an app that does the workout with you. It takes the guessing and silly feeling out of working out. Also getting to listen to my music while I do the workouts is awesome. The workouts have exactly the types of exercises I enjoy and I get to do yoga in each which I love!

    I had a foot injury and had surgery 5 months ago and needed something I could do at home that was low impact. I love this app and I love that I can modify when needed. Wasn’t sure if I would ever get back to working out, like I did before my injury, I just turned 59, so got a little scared I would t get after it again. Love it! Haven’t missed a day since I started!
