    Ladder has been a huge improvement and impact in my life and my relationship with the gym! I started in Oct 2023 prior to having gastric sleeve surgery and truly found a unique community on my team that encouraged me to keep pushing plus a coach who also stays active in the team chat with me. Fast forward to now a year later I’m in the best shape of my life and completely dedicated to continue my journey with fitness and along the way helps others who exactly where I was. Ladder doesn’t care about your size or your ability. They care about you as a person and helping you achieve your goals in fitness! Because of that I’m a member for life!

    I use this app daily; found out about it on the Nineclub. I train with Neen; obviously. Have you seen his Heelflip? It’s seriously one of the best ever done My teenage daughter is now working out with me and it’s really helped to get her engaged with family because teens have a habit of wanting to be in charge of everything while still needing to learn so much. I’m just an old skater who’s lost 50 lbs eating better and using this app. It is worth the money.

    I am a former division 1 athlete. I have had severe back pain from herniated discs after my son was born and had trouble getting back into the gym. Physical therapy didn’t help me and I felt stuck. I took a chance and downloaded this app. I found the Pilates program to really help my back pain decreased. I highly recommend this app. Ladder is convenient to do when my kids are asleep and has helped me lose 25 pounds! I have finally had the same type of sweaty workouts that I used to have when I was in college!

    Ladder is an exactly what I’ve been looking for, for years. I’m a decade out of from playing a college sport, but I still crave the same refined lifting schedule that is aligned to my goals and also changes seasonal without a lot of planning or effort on my end. This is it. I’ve been more consistent with my fitness this month than in the past five years. It’s both challenging and encouraging. I follow coach kelly who is down to earth and inspiring. The ux of the app is wonderful. As a designer myself, I struggle to think of anything that’s missing from the app. The audio integration and live adjustments with Spotify during the workout instructions was a pleasant surprise. The timing of reps is usually really close to what I need without having to adjust it, though the options are available. It’s nice to have the community chats with your team to still feel in the loop on questions and what’s going on, especially for someone who’s working out at home. I’m super pleased to ohh my experience and would recommend it to anyone looking to get consistent with lifting.

    Before Ladder, I was at a complete loss at what to do in the gym. I came across a video and I decided to take the quiz and see what it was about. Little did I know, this was going to be the best training program I have ever been involved in. The coaches build the workouts based on your goals and preferences. I just have to show up and put in the work. I have recommended Ladder to a few of my close friends, and they have absolutely fell in love with this program.

    I have used a TON of fitness apps to no avail. They all fall short whether it becomes boring, repetitive, or the UI is just uninspiring. This is hands down the best app I have used- plus the strength x Pilates program is AMAZING. I am constantly challenged, sweating, but never end up sore or discouraged after a session. I always feel energized and hot after a class. I’m about to cancel my expensive Pilates reformer membership bc this gives me a much better workout!!! 10/10!!!!

    I have never been able to be consistent with setting up a workout routine or making it to the gym. I really like that they suggest daily workouts for the week but there is flexibility to pick which days you do them.

    Pros: - A aesthetically neutral interface - New workouts weekly with 3 priority workouts keeps it fresh - Play your own tunes or mute the coach and listen to a podcast - Pick a team for your goals/level of equipment/duration of workouts - Affordable at annual rate - Makes it so easy to get strong and fit! - Not all about weight loss - Team setup is fun. Cons: - Can’t log workouts done outside the app (cardio) Highly recommend!

    Honestly even when I don’t feel like working out , just having the trainer in my ear as I start gives me the much needed motivation. I get through the and push through the workout out . Can’t recommend it enough !
