    I’m hooked. I’ve been on team Define for 5 weeks now and not only am I seeing a difference I’m feeling a difference. This is the first time I’ve stuck to a work out app EVER. The app takes the guess work out for you and the community helps keep you accountable. If you’re on the fence download it and try it. It’s absolutely worth it.

    I was one of those who many years over vowed on the new year to keep my gym activity going through out the year, and failed soo many times. Until I found ladder, now I’ve only done one team (vitality) with Coach Brian, and he’s absolutely wonderful, but I would go on a limb and say all the teams and coaches are great too! This app has kept me going into April of this year and I have no intention of stopping any time soon! If you’re looking for a workout app that also has a strong community this is the one for you. And Coach Brian’s guided breath work and positive intentions at the end are soooo solid to keeping your head in the right place!

    I love the workouts! First fitness app that I love the trainers enough to leave my workout classes. But please stop making me click 4 times to start a workout or ask me to post a photo and give a shout out after every workout 😩 Less friction would be appreciated!

    Ladder has been the best thing for me post partum. Coach Nicole with Movewell is super encouraging and she creates unique/effective workouts each week. 10/10 would highly recommend

    I’ve tried everything to get in shape. Marathon trainings, CrossFit, women’s only CrossFit, hot yoga, neighborhood workout groups, gym memberships and personal trainers. I didn’t care for any of it. It was either too much or not enough. At the risk of being picky, this is just right. Not only is Team Define the perfect amount of weights, Pilates, and “wait, you want me to do what?”, it’s a good community. I’m three full months in and 50 workouts down and can see definition in my arms I haven’t seen in 20 years. My abs are starting to show and my legs are rock hard. I look forward to working out and doing a flex workout on Sundays - usually full body yoga to recover from Maia’s planning. I highly recommend trying it out. There’s a team for everyone!

    It’s so so good. It’s perfect if you’re someone like me who doesn’t always need a physical trainer by your side. I love being able to go into the gym Ann have an exact plan whilst being able to go at my own pace. I also love being able to track/look at my growth as the weeks progress.

    For anyone who has hit plateaus in their fitness journey and wants to make more progress towards their health goals, this is your app! I have been back in the gym the last few years and was hitting some plateaus. Following Coach Corey on the Ladder Forged Team I am finally seeing the progress I’ve been wanting. This app has designed workouts for all settings, from body weight to full gym. As a busy professional I don’t want to take time to plan new workouts every few weeks, and I don’t have to because Ladder does it for me. Our coach also provides basic nutrition and macro goals and the chat community is a great way to stay inspired. The cost is well worth the reward and if you aren’t sure you can trial the app for 7 days cost free. Much love to the Ladder team!
