    You make it very hard if someone makes a mistake trying to get coins to cancel something therefore, I’ll never buy coins here again I accidentally put in subscription because you pop it up so quickly to catch people but now I had to pay $40 for something I didn’t want!

    Love this app..good writers and stories that keep you interested. As readers who have to pay for chapters it is however unfair to us when we start reading and paying for a book that has been abandoned or half finished. There should be stipulations for these authors. I’m pretty sure they get some type of pay or incentive for the books they publish on these sights. In order for them to continue getting them or receiving them at all they need to post finished books or at least post the chapters timely or else the readers are the ones getting the short end of the stick. It’s not fair to us to keep paying for stories that 1000% more than they do in a store only to get half a book or 1 chapter per month..I have payed over $50 just to read one book before probably way more than that after I go back check how much I have spent to read one novel

    The stories are good, but the chapters are way too short and there’s too many ads to unlock for each chapter. I’m spending more time looking at the ads than I am reading.

    I downloaded the app and at first it was fine. I even made a purchase of coins at first purchase went through as it should. I went on to make two other purchases of coins tree for stories however, my coins disappeared. I shut down the app or reopened it advised to I even shut down my device And powered it back up still no points. I tried to contact them by email and received no response I finally had to file a dispute with PayPal to see if I can get my money back. DO NOT GIVE THIS APP ANY OF YOUR MONEY. THEY WILL JUST TAKE IT FOR PROFIT AND GIVE YOU NO RESPONSE. If I could give it zero stars, I would the stories are great some spellings I can live with, but if they have the worst at customer service and refuse to give back money or answer you. Update: I contacted PayPal for a refund. This company straight up lied to PayPal about my disappearing coins. I follow their instructions, but they put the blame all on me that I didn’t do it correctly. I don’t know how I could’ve not done it correctly. The coins were there when I went to have supper with my elderly mother, and when I came back and opened up the app, the coins were gone, but somehow it was still all my fault. They still have also not responded to any of my emails even the email provided by PayPal to contact them. My email comes back undeliverable as mailbox is full. So I did not get my refund. DO NOT TRUST THIS APP AND THE COMPANY THAT MADE IT THEY STRAIGHT UP LIES AND BLAME THE CUSTOMERS FOR THEIR MISTAKES. IF YOU HAVE THIS APP, DO NOT LET IT STAY ON YOUR TABLET. DELETE IT IMMEDIATELY.

    The coins you get for daily check in and other ways expire very quickly so you can’t save to unlock chapters. They have some good stories and authors. It’s just not worth the cost at how fast I read.

    If I’m reviewing based on the stories it’s 5 stars. However, rating on payment it is 1 star. Would love the option to gain points to read chapters by watching ads or other means. The stories are a great read when you can actually read them to completion.

    I have been a loyal customer and decided to buy the unlimited subscription for $199.00. I paid for the subscription and it shows on my purchase history but I never received it. You gave to jump through hoops to try and get a response. I either want a refund or give me what I paid for. I have refreshed the app. Everything. HELP

    While I love the amount of books that we can choose from, it desperately needs some improvements. The price per chapter has gotten ridiculously high. The authors that have given up on books, they need to be removed. The new points system, it’s ridiculous. I got a warning about some of the ads. Please, make the points system easy like it was. The points aren’t working. When will that be fixed? There’s some problems with the app again. It’s constantly crashing. I keep having to close it out and open it again in order to get the reward page to load. It’s one thing after the other lately. Also, chapter prices are ridiculously expensive!
