    I get too many matches that are too far away even though I set my distance to be closer.

    I really enjoy this app, but my biggest setback is it doesn’t actually stick to my preferences. I could set it to only seeing matches up to 20 miles away but it shows me someone over 400 miles away. I don’t want to matches that far, I want more control over who I want to see.

    Dear Affinity Apps LLC Group, My name is Trevor G and my account got disabled and due to the activity of signing out of the app and now my phone number isn’t working properly on the app and I was unable to communicate with your support team to resolve this matter and my phone number is in red flag on the sign in page and I’m just frustrated with can’t figure out how to fix this issue and I was wondering if you could please add more options for the app that would make more people available to join your dating service of upward and thank you for your service and support for me and I hope one day that I can return to your service again in the future can I please join your community again

  • Great App but so many bugs that make the elite package not worth it! SUBSCRIBER’S BEWARE

    Don’t get me wrong! I am thankful for this app as I have gotten quality matches and even one that may be my forever mate, but when I subscribed to the elite mode, I noticed a critical bug where the likes that liked you in their queue would repopulate back in the queue and would not open up a chat line to initiate conversation. I informed upward support about this a month or so ago, but they actually ghosted me on resolution and satisfaction from the inconvenience. I decided to try the month elite subscription to see if it was fixed. But even with new likes I got notified I would still like to swipe right on them and the bug noted still exist. I got fed up due to the lack of communication with upward support and requested refunds for all elite subscriptions due to the bug and the lack of care of satisfying me as the customer due to this critical bug and inconvenience. DO NOT GET THE ELITE WITH THE WHO LIKES YOU FEATURE BUG STILL ACTIVE, ITS A WASTE OF MONEY AS IT IS THE SELLING POINT OF THE PACKAGE ⚠️⛔️⚠️
