    This is a great service/app for parents and grandparents. It’s easy to use, is supported by great customer service, and the card can be used anywhere, including to get cash at an ATM.

    It’s been 2 weeks since I tried setting up an account using till. They would not approve my account for some reason - they never gave me a reason, they just said they would review it and contact me. Still waiting on that contact. I tried logging in to the app but I get an error stating “email or password is incorrect”, so I tried resetting my password, that did not work, I still get the message. I’m able to sign in on their help site, but not on the app. I sent a support email request, still have not heard back. I even tried calling - I had to find the number by searching “till financial customer service number” because they do not list it on their site or their app. I waited for 1 minute 30 seconds, then a message stating that the customer service representatives were either unavailable or busy and if I wanted a call back to leave my information and a brief message. Well, it turns out you HAVE to leave that information because they just hang up on you. It doesn’t matter how many times you call you will always get that message, and they will always hang up on you. I left a message with my contact information. Still waiting on that call back. The thing that irritates me the most about this is - I would not even waste my time with this broken app and garbage customer service if I didn’t have to. My daughter’s school requires her to have this for their school trip. I’ve never experienced this level of depravity before, but I suppose I can expect more of this to come.

    Unlike capital one and chase, you can get direct deposits to this account, add it to Apple Pay, and have an easy to understand interface for kids. You can have a till card if you are 1 or over! That’s awesome. 100% recommend

    I wish I could speak to the quality of app’s internal interface, but my account has been made useless before even having gotten to use it. I mistakenly put in a wrong digit for my phone number, but I can’t proceed or go back in my account set up without the code sent to that incorrect number. This is especially bad as I already had a card ordered for me and a family set up that I was Invited to before making the account. I’d recommend putting in a feature to go back from this point to fix the phone number it sounds silly as it seems like it’d be a very rudimentary feature as from what I can tell I am far from the only person with this issue, but whoever is behind the programming of this application was either ignorant to the needs of the users or wanted to go home early a day, which is not something you want to mess with when dealing with people’s money. The only thing that can be done is I get rid of my family entirely, but I’m probably just going to make do with another application or without anything. I’m not angry, that’s not helpful, but hope a change is made for those in the future.

    Not sure I have ever had someone respond to an issue so quickly. Kevin was amazing and within what seemed like minutes my problem was solved and my son was able to access his funds. I highly recommend!!
