    Today, I used the app to contact customer support. It seamlessly navigated me to Gmail. Then, I emailed about a linking my account to an EF Tours trip. I received an *instant* live response in which Kevin reassured me that he’d just handled the linking for me. He then wished my family safe travels! I appreciate the responsiveness, efficient resolution, and kindness!

    I was nearly in tears trying to make sure my child had their Till card ready to go for his choir tour. It wasn’t because it was complicated, it was just because I didn’t have it all together and pushed the wrong buttons.(there weren’t only two choices). Anyway, I called customer service in a panic and they helped me through it and even helped me problem solve since I waited so long to sign up I was out of time to have it mailed. Anyway, they were kind and understanding and I’m so grateful!

    Had a question around how to link my kid’s new card to EF Tours to avoid foreign transaction fees. Sent in evening, not expecting a response for 24-48 hours but instead got a note and resolution with 30 mins. Another parent said in a meeting discussing the trip / Till raved as well about the promptness and ease.

    This app is so amazing, I got it for my daughter and I can easily transfer her money and she can spend it while being monitored so I can see what she purchases!

    I Till for a school trip and it works fine on my mom’s phone but it doesn’t work for mine it just stays on the “We’re reviewing your application and may need additional information” page for ever. It never gets off that screen and I can never see any information unless I look on my mom’s phone and I constantly have to ask her how much I have left on it. The card however works fine but the app doesn’t work at all for me. I used to think it was my phone but I recently got a new phone and it does the same thing.

    I have a Till card for both my boys and it has been so easy to add funds, move funds etc and has taught my kids how to manage their money. When we lost a card, support was immediate and so great to work with. I highly recommend.
