    Bought this in December and haven’t been able to play anything since. I deleted the account, signed out… did all the usual steps to help. Service is non existent. Apparently the Cowboy Way according to Cowboy channel is to steal money from hardworking Americans. Do not purchase. Catch highlights on youtube.

    It would be very helpful to have access to a phone number to get help so that you can watch this on your TV. It’s intermittent sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t. I would really appreciate Feedback!!!

    The close captioning on the rodeo broadcasts is so very inaccurate it is not usable. Also the close captioning window covers up the information banner for the contestant/horse info and the scores. The viewers need to be able to turn off the close captioning or turn on the close captioning as they choose. Presently close captioning is forced onto all users.

    Why can’t you get rid of the closed caption. It ruins the whole channel. Cant see any of the scores. Yes I have it off on my end. It should not be that hard to TURN OFF!

    Prior to the sellout, the rodeos were posted the next day on a time bar allowing you to skip ahead. Now they are posted “live” for several days not allowing you to skip ahead. Please go back to the old format. I love the rodeo, not the commercials, which is part of the reason I paid for the app. Thanks.
