    First of all there is no 3 day free trial. I was charged $39.99, and unable to connect even 1 single time this app with my car. I immediately requested a refund in less than 24 hrs, and was denied. Where’s that 3 day trial? After calling apple they suggest that I put in another request for refund. Immediately denied along with a message “not eligible for refund, we reviewed your claim and it doesn’t meet conditions for a refund”. I called apple and asked what are the conditions for refunds on apps? If not being able to use it a single time after paying $40 isn’t good enough for a reason, I’d like someone to tell me what is the criteria? I’ve yet to get an answer. If that’s not a scam, I don’t know what is. Apple used to stand for integrity and quality. But if they allow developers like this to rip people off, obviously a lot has changed and it’s time I make some changes. I’d like to speak with someone from the app or apple. Why isn’t my review posted? Why can’t someone explain why I’m paying for an app I can’t access even 1 time? My next call will be with a lawyer

    Before I purchased this the app it wanted to be sure my car was eligible. I entered the vehicle info and it said it would work. I then purchased the app and lo and behold, it does not work with my car. I even double checked with the dealer. I immediately cancelled the service, within 24 hours of purchasing. I have requested a refund twice from Apple and each time it said I did not qualify. It was a total bait and switch, so now I’ll go through Discover and see if they will credit the charge. 😡

    Before you purchase this app, I will tell you that it is a mistake. This app is a third party app for your vehicle. You don’t need this app to obtain the features you are looking for. This app is exactly like the calls you would get from student loan companies that said they could help you lower your student loan debt simply by following their instructions. So you believe them and then they do it and then charge you a small fee for doing so. But then you find out that you could easily do it yourself by simply downloading your make and model app. Taken for example, if you own a GMC. You would simply download that app and then pay the fee for onstar and then you would have access for your vehicle. But if you decide to download this app, you pay for the service 39.99. Then the app tells you to download the GMC app and proceeds to tell you that you need to purchase a subscription to Onstar. Once this is done, they can link the app to their app. So, what do you think? Would you rather pay the yearly subscription for onstar? Or would you want to pay for both the onstar and the 39.99? Now, if you get to this point, I thank you for reading this. Because here is the last piece of information I can give you. Apple will not refund you for this app. They will say it’s not eligible for a refund and will shut you down. So learn from my mistake and do not use, download or recommend this app to your friends, family or colleagues. And to the developers, I applaud you for your marketing tactics and lack of information and your ability to hide it in the small print. I will make sure to share my review to every single outlet I can in order to allow people to make an informed decision. I will also be submitting a complaint to the Better Business Bureau as well as the FTC. And if you respond to this review, and I hope you do, I would love to tell you via phone or email how bad of an experience I’ve had and the amount of time I’ve wasted.
