Overall a good app -a few things that would give this thing 5-stars and I'd pay more for: 1. Better viewing of strings that are larger - too much effort toget a full dump of what's under a key 2. Auto refresh doesn't work reliably

I wanted a GUI to make seeing the contents of my redis instance a little easier to use. I tried Red and it worked great. But then a few months later, it wasn't working. I investigated, and my Redis provider had unexpectedly changed some settings related to TLS. I knew it wasn't Red's fault, but I contacted the author of Red to see if there was anything that could be changed with the app. After a few days, I got a new version that addressed the change my provider made! Thanks Echodot!
  • Keeps crashing on startup

I'm not sure if it's the latest update, but it keeps crashing when I start the app. There are some things that could be improved - for example bulk deleting keys takes a very very long time and I usually end up writing a script to do it myself. It's rather expensive for client side software that doesn't have a server.

I reported an issue and within a day they had it fixed and the update available on the app store! Thank you.

Only use is that its easier to find the icon than my tab in a terminal, but its so bad at doing the most basic things that I've changed my mind on that point.

Very cool way to interact with redis. But some connections crash the app, for example if I try to connect to redislab's cloud service it'll crash even though the 'test connection' passes. Most other connectiosn I try work fine though.
